Once again, we come with a new adventure ｡◕‿◕｡… This time with old designs that we
wanted to update to today’s times.
In 2016, when we started in the wonderful world of amigurumi, we carried out
a learning project to help those who joined at that time, and like us, in this beautiful
art.
The project consisted of showing you through 4 amigurumi, that different options
could be obtained with the same base, in that case they were 4 cute animals, which to
this day, are still loved by everyone ♥ … they are:

Over time, we have advanced and our designs have evolved, so we wanted to
take advantage of these funny characters and give them a new style, more updated.

Today, accompanied by Don Ovillo and Don Trapillo, we have set to work to bring
you a version 2.0 of the little Chloe and Mía ♥

We really wanted to try yarn Nube of Lanas Gayfil which is super fluffy, so we did not
hesitate and combined it with the fantastic Premium Cotton yarn from the same
brand, and we loved the result.

Both are very soft to the touch. To facilitate work with Nube yarn in
amigurumis, it is best to always combine it with some smooth yarn that can
make us see the stitches better and give it a special touch, therefore, this combination is

chain.
Worked in Rows = Crochet in a base of chains and turning the crochet at the

To make Bunny Chloe and Kitten Mía we have used Premium Cotton yarns and
Nube yarn from Don Ovillo , as mentioned above. For those who are in Spain and
within Europe can get them in the stores of Don Ovillo and Don Trapillo,
and for those who don’t have access to them they can look for a yarn with similar
characteristics.

PREMIUM COTTON YARN DETAILS

Content: 100% Cotton – natural fiber

Recommended Hook: 2.5mm to 4mm (US: 2.50mm to G/6 – UK: 12 to 8)
Width: DK / light worsted / 1,5mm measured with centimeter (0.059 inches)
Weight / Yardage: 3.52oz (100gr) = approx 241 yds (220 meters – each ball)

To make the 2 amigurumis you will need: 1 Ball Aqua Green (verde agua) – 1
ball Bubblegum Pink (rosa chicle) – 1 ball Salmon – 1 ball Baby Pink (rosa bebé) – 2
balls White Off (crudo) – 1 ball White (blanco) (you will have enough to make these
two amigurumis and for more beautiful projects)

Work in rows with Premium Cotton Aqua Green and 3mm crochet hook.
Start with: 10 ch + 1 ch to climb (10 + 1)
Row 1.- 2 sc, 6 hdc, 2 sc (10)
> FO, leaving a long tail.

Work in continuous round with Premium Cotton Bubblegum Pink and 3mm crochet
hook.
Make 2 equal pieces until Rnd.4. The 1st piece you’ll make 1sl st and FO. leaving a long
tail. Don’t finish the 2nd piece, you will make the union of both pieces with it.
Round 1.- Magic Ring (6)
Round 2.- *1 inc* x6 (12)
Rounds 3 – 4.- 1 sc in each st (12)
Place the 2 pieces together and join them with 1sc on the sl st (FO) of the 1st piece.
Place a stitch marker in that sc to start Rnd.5 from here.
Round 5.- Make 12sc on the 1st piece and continue crocheting another 12sc in the 2nd

1.- Sew the arms to the body between Rnds.2 / 3 (counting from the pink edge of the
body)

2.- Sew the paws to the body between Rnds.3 / 6 (counting from the bottom – make
sure they are centered)

3.- Sew the tail centered on the body, on the same base color and next to the edge of the
pink color.

4.- Sew the head centered to the body and stuff the neck well before finishing sewing it.

5.- Go back to work on the body, taking the sc that have been protruded by the BLO
technique at the base of the Rnd.25. Make with 3.5mm crochet, Premium Cotton Baby
Pink and Nube Baby Pink yarn (together) 24 sc all around the neck, join with a sl st and
FO. (this extra round will look like the high neck of her shirt).

6.– Sew the ears to the head between Rnds.5 and 6 (counting from the top – sew the
white off color part with the yarn of that color and the baby pink part with the yarn of
that color).

7.- Sew the flower over the middle of the leaf and then sew it whole to one side of the
head.

8.- Ready! Don’t forget to always carry her with her little heart ♥
