stirrer 2.0 SCOPE - This Procedure is applicable to Balance used in the water Laboratory . 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY- Chemist/ Lab Manager /Quality Manager 4.0 PROCEDURE- 4.1 INSTRUMENT OPERATION - Switch on the instrument by pressing ON/Off key and give warm up for 10 minutes . 4.2 CALIBRATION PROCEDURE –
o Check RPM o Check Timer 4.3 CALIBRATION FREQUENCY – Calibration frequency –“Whenever taken in service” Intermediate check - Not Applicable 4.4 MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS – Clean the Magnetic stirrer regularly Check the Power regularly Arrange for preventive , maintenance service within the scheduled time Before switch on ensure electrical plug is properly fixed 4.5 INSTRUMENT DETAILS – Instrument Model - Instrument Serial No- Instrument Make - Range & Resolution – Instrument ID - SIPL/SV/
