    NEW ADMISSION FOR GRADE XI (EXTERNAL STUDENTS ONLY)


    Students (Girls only) interested in securing admission for Grade XI in Sharjah Indian School, Ghubaiba
    (Science / Commerce stream) are required to register in the school website by completing and submitting
    the online registration form on or before 20th March 2023.

    Kindly download the completed and submitted registration form and also fill in the details in the
    downloaded application form and submit both the forms at the cash counter of Sharjah Indian School,
    Ghubaiba after paying the registration fees. The last date for submission of forms is on or before 20 th
    March 2023.
    Please note the following:
     Entrance examination will be conducted on 22nd March 2023 at Sharjah Indian School,
    Ghubaiba. Timing: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Reporting time – 8:45 a.m.
    Venue: Block 6, Gate Number 5

    The details are as follows:


    Science stream
    Subjects for the entrance exam Minimum marks required to qualify for admission
    English, Mathematics & Science
    (based on Grade X syllabus) Science Stream: Mathematics – 70% Science – 70%

    Commerce stream
    Subjects for the entrance exam Minimum marks required to qualify for admission
    English, Mathematics, Science Commerce Stream: Aggregate – 60%
    & Social Science Commerce Stream with Mathematics:
    (based on Grade X syllabus)
    Mathematics – 70% Aggregate – 60%
     Students are required to produce the registration fee receipt to write the entrance
    examination.
     The list of students selected for admission will be published on the school website and at the school
    campus on 24th March 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
     Further details will be communicated to you through the school website.
    Allotment of Groups / Subjects depends purely on the result of the entrance examination, merit of
    student and availability of seats.
