Dear Sir:
Greetings of Peace!
Tropical Village National High School has been committed to fulfilling DepEd's
Mission, Vision, and Core Values as a learner-centered public institution that
continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders and develop lifelong
learners. This becomes possible despite the different limitations of the school in
terms of infrastructure, location, and funds.
For the School Year 2022–2023, the school implemented literacy and numeracy
projects to help bridge the learning gaps caused by the pandemic. Recent data
indicate that the school has one hundred fifty-eight (158) non-numerate students,
ninety-two (92) non-readers in English and Filipino, and forty-five (45) students in
the school-based reading program.
Based on the result of our Third Quarter School Monitoring, Evaluation, and
Adjustment (SMEA), which was discussed and communicated to the School
Governing Council (SGC) during a meeting, the school will provide snacks for
learners who undergo remedial sessions and feeding program sessions.
In this regard, we wish to request support from your good office to be our sponsor for
the provision of snacks for our learners during their intervention classes.
