The space is 2750 sq. ft. Efforts

have been made to evoke
tranquility throughout the
interiors.
There is a smooth and
seamless transition and
integration of the indoor space
with the outdoors.
To enhance transparency,
changing floors, raised
ceilings and porous partitions
have been used all over the
space. This also allows passive
cooling.

Contemporary Boho +

Mid-century Modern

The design follows a neo-

traditional style of architecture

as a response to the tropical

climate of the site.

The overall effect of the project

is a sense of tranquility,

achieved through the use of

natural light, earthy materials,

soothing colors, and the

seamless incorporation of

tropical surroundings.

The interiors follow a primary color scheme with a

majority of walls painted with a pastel shade of
blue and yellow. The natural connection is
highlighted through the use of wood in furnitures
such as sofas, coffee tables, and rattan benches.
The gray color of the exposed concrete gives it a
modern and contemporary look.
In keeping with the idea of combining indoor and
outdoor, the interior palette also uses plants
extensively throughout the house.
