of spare parts, please contact your supplier.
Attention:
In order to quarentee a proper machine function we strongly recommend
that the costumer is aware of the cold water softener installation. Otherwise
a calcification can cause a total destruction of the heating elements as well
as failure of the nozzles and othre demages. For failures caused by
calcification the machine producer does not have any responsibility and
the quarantee sit not valid. Comversion table 6C German Water hardness

6.1 Temperature of the Washing Solution
In order to achieve the best cleaning result, the washing solution is heated to ap-
prox. 50°C. The machine is equipped with a heating element- 2 pcs. with capacity
10 kW.
The washing solution can be adjusted from 30°C to 65°C by temperature regula-
tor ( a s. pic.2).
In order to achieve better results, in case of oil and protein pollution, choose tem-
perature in the range from 40°C to 65°C and if the pollution is mainly from protein
– between 35°C and 45°C.
Caution: Do not place your hands in the tank! There is real danger from
burning.

8 Maintenance
8.1 Decalcifying
In order to prevent the jet nozzles and spray pipes from getting blocked and to
avoid damaging the pump, the sensors and the heating element, the washing
machine must undergo regular decalcifying. The decalcification procedure is as
follows:
Switch off the electric supply by turning the main switch to the
„OFF“position.
Remove the inspection side covers.
Dismantle the nozzles and clean them with pressurised air or im-
merse them in a decalcifying agent solution.
Fill the tank with water and replace the cleaned filter.
Replace the inspection side covers.
Pour slightly acid solution or declacifying agent into the tank.
Switch on the electric supply by turning the main switch to the
„ON“position.
Press the „RESET “ (button.
Press the green „START“ button
Let the pump run for a short time. The machine will be washed thor-
oughly. The time needed depends on the cleaning agent, the water
hardness and the decalcification agent used.
Switch off the pump by pressing the red „STOP“ button
Switch off the electric supply by turning the main switch to the
„OFF“position.
Open the ball-valve in the drainage pipe and allow the water to drain.
When empty, close the ball-valve in the drainage pipe.
Remove the inspection side covers.
Reassemble the cleaned nozzles in their original positions.
Replace the inspection side covers.
Fill the tank with fresh water.
Switch on the power supply by turning the main switch to the
„ON“position.
Check the machine functionality.
Caution: If calcium deposits relatively quickly it will be necessary to use a
decalcification agent!
Caution: After each decalcifying always check all machine parts for possi-

8.2 Lubrication
In order to guarantee proper operation and a long service life of the machine, cer-
tain components of the washing machine must be lubricated and checked.
Regular checks must be performed to determine the oil level in the gear motor.
If a slight amount of oil is lost - refill with oil in accordance with the in-
structions of the manufacturer.
If a considerable amount of oil is lost - examine the bolt and the filling
screw and tighten them.
Also the drive roller chains should be lubricated with a lubricant periodically (see
Project drawing).
• Switch off the machine power supply by turning the MAIN SWITCH to the
„OFF“ position.
• Loosen the security nut of the tensioner (see Project drawing).
• Tighten the chain by tightening the tension nut.
• Tighten the security nut..
Caution! Do not tighten exessively the chain as this shall influence the
work of the safety connector! A sign that the chain is tightened is that the
plates welded onto its links cannot rotate either forward or backward.
First check that the transport chain can move freely. If not – remove the cause
(e.g. the wash product may have jammed).
Now restart the machine. If the transport chain is now running normally with load,
then the safety connector does not require adjustment.
If the transport chain shaft still does not rotate, adjust the safety connector by re-
moving the panel and releasing the security of the regulation nut (see diagram 3).
16

MANUAL
The safety connector is adjusted correctly when the heaviest products can be
transported safely.
When the setting adjustments have been completed, the safety connector regula-
tion nut has to be tightened, and all the panels which have been removed must
be reassembled.
Caution: Tighten the chain in such a way as to make it possible to hold the
chain by hand.
Caution: Please note that every time the slip clutch is subsequently read-
justed, the MAIN SWITCH must be in the “OFF” position.
