    It gives me a great pleasure to recommend Mr. Muhammad Waqas Munir for the higher education. Being
    the head of department, I know him since 2020. During his degree, I taught him two courses (Advanced
    Classical Mechanics and Advanced Electrodynamics) and found that he works conscientiously, he
    always seeks out coursework that challenges him, and he has an amazing capacity for fulfilling his
    responsibilities in a great variety of activities. He is organized in goal setting, yet has learned to keep his
    options open for the future. His accomplishments will no doubt make him a highly enrolled individual
    for the top institutions. Intellectually, he has the ability to carry out research independently and his
    analytical skills are highly developed, and he is always thorough in what he does.

    wishes to apply for the graduate program. I know him since April 2019 as he studied MSc
    Physics at "University of Lahore, Sargodha Campus". I taught him two courses during his MSc,
    Nuclear Physics (PHYS 4103) and Physics lab (PHYS 3210).

    I am deeply impressed with his, enthusiasm, curiosity, and quest for knowledge. In addition, I
    have always found him task-oriented, efficient and committed to his job and responsibilities. He
    has good ability to interact with teachers as well as with his fellow students. He is always open to
    discussion and is willing to challenge any concept about which he has doubts. He is quick in
    grasping mathematical concepts. His transcript shows the evidence of his hard work.

    Recently he has completed his MPhil Physics with good research output. I am sure that he has
    the potential of becoming an excellent and dedicated researcher in future. I wish him the very
