● Led a team of 4 graduate students in designing an experimental research study in media effects and
delegated tasks; determined direction scope, goals and methodology of the study.
● Organized, scheduled, reserved equipment and successfully executed human participants through
experiment using iMotion Galvanic Skin Response and Facial Expression Analysis.
● Found initial results that encouraged further research into the differences of trust in satire vs. outrage
media.

● Led a team of 5 graduate students through the stages of user research for web design and delegated
tasks; determined direction, scope, goals of the project.
● Organized, scheduled and successfully executed ethnographic interviews with partnering organization
key stakeholders to analyze their primary usage of the client’s website.
● Created two main personas and persona scenarios to define key website design requirements.
● Designed a web prototype using WordPress that was used to conduct user testing with the prototype,
resulting in valuable feedback for improvements.
● Presented website critics based on results to the client which have been implemented in their website
redesign.

● Serve as the primary contact and logistical source for a portfolio of BU Study Abroad locations;
Auckland, Ghana, Geneva, Haifa, Padua, Rabat, Shanghai, Sydney and Venice.
● Manage admissions process for 400+ students a semester, including advising, application review,
admissions decisions and enrollment retention.
● Coordinate the post-acceptance process: strategize communication with accepted students, prepare
program specific pre-departure materials, coordinate pre-departure & informational sessions for
designated programs and generate departure information through email & WordPress.
● Successfully manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including faculty, staff and students.
