Transformational leadership:
A leadership strategy inspires, motivates, and encourages everyone to make the required adjustments and advancements
that contribute to the overall success of an organization. It brings about positive transformation in people and social
systems. It helps develop leaders from followers.
Here, the four qualities of a transformative leader are linked to the particular agendas:
 Idealized Influence: The agenda's goals and purposes are set up in a manner that prioritizes the requirements of
every team member and gets rid of anything impeding their progress. To ensure that everyone will be addressed
and can speak smoothly in smaller groups, I have written emails to everyone and scheduled pre-meets within the
technical and customer service teams separately. In order to learn about the real issues and questions that all of

the colleagues had, I set up a feedback discussion at the conclusion. This effort may help us create a better
future.
 Inspirational motivation: Inspirational motivation stimulates teamwork. I have developed a subject to discuss that
helps boost the variety of the collaboration and how well it helps in attaining the objective of inspiring others to
work together. As a result, one becomes motivated and goal-oriented. People, in my view, are inspired by
achievement (Hamdani, 2018). In order to assist the team reach its goals, I sought to instil positive energy in each
team member that encourages active participation in discussions and effective communication of ideas.
 Individualized Consideration: I think it is important to give each team member the attention they deserve to get
their best work. I have thus given each person their own set of goals and preparations, which encourages
individual engagement and helps everyone get to know one another much better. In the meeting, I envisioned a
varied workplace that highlights the needs of each person in a group setting where everybody is equally heard
and cherished, and no one would be minimized.
 Intellectual Stimulation: When putting up the agenda, I separated the themes judiciously and invited everyone to
submit their best solutions to problems. I made an effort to encourage their creative potential, which broadens
everyone's perspectives and leads to the development of innovative yet genuine solutions. This factor promotes
everyone's continual development and intellectual compatibility.
