    Dear Malshi,

    Industrial Training

    This is with regard to your request for an Industrial Training with Atmata (Pvt) Ltd. We wish to inform
    you that the management has decided to offer you an internship for a period of 6 months commencing
    from 06th April 2023 to 05th October 2022.

    Your training will take place at Atmata Organics Estate, Malagane, Netiya Wariyapola, Sri lanka. You
    shall report to Farm Manager – Organic Agricultural Operation. You shall comply with the rules of the
    company with regard to all matters relating to your training.

    You shall not during or after your training publish or divulge to unauthorized third parties any
    information or knowledge of the affairs or matters, concerning the company, or its customers which you
    acquired or gained during the course of the Training.

    You shall not entertain any unauthorized person or persons to the premises of this Company during your
    period of training in our organization.

    Please sign, date, and return the duplicate of this letter to the Admin Division on or before

    05th April 2023 which will indicate that you have read, understood and accepted the above terms and
    conditions.
