Announcer: Have you ever dreamed of adventure? Are you interested in making friends and
improving your English this summer? Then come to English Adventure Camp! Located in
three different places in the UK, English Adventure Camp is a survival camp for 12-
to 18-year-olds from all over Europe. At English Adventure Camp, teens learn about
teamwork, survival and how to overcome obstacles in the wild – all while speaking in
English.
Girl: Hi. My name’s Emma. I’d never been camping before, but English Adventure Camp
was the best experience ever! My favourite thing was spending the night outside in
a sleeping bag and sitting around a campfire. I experienced life at a campsite while
meeting teens just like me from around Europe. I’ve never gone backpacking before, but
with my new English Adventure Camp survival skills, I really want to do that in the future.
Boy: Hi. I’m Peter. I had planned to stay at home last summer, but then a friend told me about
English Adventure Camp and I decided to go. It was fantastic! I loved following the trails
in the area and locating places on a map. I’ve also learned how to plan a route and cook
fish on a campfire. I can even put up a tent in record time.
Announcer: Come to English Adventure Camp this summer and share amazing new experiences with
other teenagers. For more information, go to our website at www.englishadventure.co.uk.
