    VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

    This agreement is hereby made between (Renter Name) _______________________________________ (hereafter


    referred to as “the Renter) and (Owner Name) GOLDAH MAE ABELLANIDA GELOGO (hereafter referred to as “the
    Owner).

    The Owner hereby agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Renter:

    SERIES: HIACE GL GRANDIA

    BODY TYPE: VAN/GREY

    ENGINE NO.: 2KDA663520

    CHASSIS NO.: JTFRS13P700037621

    MV FILE NO.: 0701-00000085432

    CR. NO.: 41488809-5

    The Renter will rent the vehicle from January 14 to January 16, 2023, in exactly 3 days. If the Renter Did not return the
    vehicle in exactly 3 days. The Renter will pay the penalty per hour.

    The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in its current condition (minus normal road wear-and-tear) to the owner on
    return date and hour.

    The Renter understands that the vehicle is for use only in (locations agreed) and cannot be taken in (other locations).

    The Renter swears and attests that he/she has legal, valid license to drive this type of vehicle in this country, and there
    are no outstanding warrants against said license. The Renters Driver’s license Name

    The Renter agrees not to allow any other person to drive the vehicle, except for Authorized drivers listed and approved

    The Renter agrees to use the vehicle only for routine, legal purposes (personal or business). The Renter further agrees to
    follow all city, state, country, and government rules and restrictions regarding use and operations of the vehicle.

    The Renter Agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and release the owner for any damages, injuries, property loss, or death
    caused while the Renter operates this vehicle. The Renter will be held accountable for any damages or cleaning fees
    incurred while renting term begins and confirms that it is good operable condition.

    The Renter swears and attests that the vehicle is in good working condition and has no liens or encumbrances.
