    SY 2022-2023

    I INTRODUCTION
    Providing Quality Education is a collaborative responsibility of
    the school community this is the guiding principle through more
    than a decade and two of institutional operation in supporting, and
    implementing new curriculum as mandated by the Department of
    Education.

    The Suba Elementary School-Munting Kawayan Flagship has


    worked to address basic education delivery challenge even at the time
    where extreme heat and high temperature in every classroom is
    experienced.

    Designing a Contingency Plan, we have still offered our quality


    service to the clientele and has continued f the delivery of the basic
    education even on the critical time where summer and extreme heat
    is now undergoing, by following safety protocols and plan to address
    the issue while performing the noble tasks of the school personnel and
    other concerned stakeholders who are partners of the institution to
    upgrade knowledge and skills of the pupils despite of the said arising
    problem . We are ready to conduct Blended Learning Modality if the
    heat index did not address by the mitigation designed by the planning
    Team.

    II. OBJECTIVES

    The objectives of the Learning Contingency Plan are written hereunder;


    1.To provide safety among learners, teaching and non teaching
    personnel and other stakeholders
    2.To provide necessary equipment and materials to mitigate extreme
    heat and high temperature.
    3.To draft mitigation and contingency plan to address the needs of the
    learners and other stakeholders in the school;
    4.To still deliver basic education services during summer time in which
    extreme heat is observed and experienced.
