editorial presents an informed argument that leads to a new course of action or a
possible solution to a problem. Editorials are found in almost all newspapers and
magazines.

Body – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the winner is a
resident of Nueva Ecija and placed two “Lucky Pick” bets worth P20. One of them
matched the winning combination 22-25-6-30-11-35.
PCSO General Manager Jose Ferdinand M. Rojas II said the winner is going to buy
a passenger jeepney for his father, a house and lot for himself and save the rest.
Ending – “We at PCSO are glad because we are able to help the indigent patients
not only in terms of their medical and health needs, but in their own little dreams as
well through the lotto games, said Rojas.

Manila, Philippines- A 22-year-old call center agent working in Pampanga won
the P4.5-million jackpot in the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw last July 2.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the winner is a
