    REPORT SUMMARY
    I. OBJECTIVES  To deliver the State of Barangay Address
     To inform the constituents of the financial status,
    accomplishments, on-going and planes Program,
    Projects and Activities of the Barangay and the
    Sangguniang Kabataan.
     To render/present committee and reports
     Discuss other matters

    II. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 1. PRELIMINARIES
    ACTIVITY  The Activity commenced at _1:30 PM, started with a
    prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National
    Anthem thru an AVP
     The Master of Ceremony, Gemmabel D. Besande,
    acknowledged the local officials present (may list the
    name of key barangay officials and guests)
    Punong Barangay: Hon. Osmundo M. Micabani
    Sangguniang Barangay Members:
    Hon. Edsel A. Demeterio
    Hon. Rogelio B. Padios
    Hon. Angelito D. Obiso
    Hon. Alvin C. Sarigan
    SK Chairperson: Hon. Queenie Dianne V. Normandia
     The presence of other barangay officials and attendees
    were likewise acknowledged
    2. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

     The SOBA was rendered by PB. Hon. Osmundo M.
    Micabani
     Hon. Edsel A. Demeterio reported the Annual
    Procurement Plan & Income & Expenditures.
     Barangay Treasurer, Jean S. Villafuerte, presented
    before the Barangay Assembly members the
    compliance of the barangays on BDFP where __9__
    documents out of 9 documents were posted in the
    BFDP Board
     Hon. Quennie Dianne V. Normandia reported the Sk
    Fund & all the conducted activities.
     If applicable, include the name of the guest speaker

    Regulatory Fee for the Usage of Barangay Gymnasium
    and Facilities.
     Announced the Blood Letting Program on November 9,
