Pupils can explain why they like or dislike the bee in simple
sentence.

1. Pupils look at 'Bumble Bee' movie poster. Pupils answer teacher's


ACTIVITY questions verbally. (e.g What movie is this?, Why this transformer called
Bumble Bee?.
2. Pupils sit in groups of four. Pupils given a stanza. Pupils practice the poem
for 2 minutes.
3. Pupils recite the poem in groups of four and explain the meaning.
4. Pupils play "Stand Up & Sit Down' game. Pupils listen to their teacher's
statements. If it is True,pupils stand up. If it is False pupils stay sitting at
their chair. (FA)(e.g) 1. Bees eat honey 2. Bees are hardworking 3. Bees
help us to get fruits. 4. Bees lives in side the flowers. 5. Bees wear vest. 6.
Bees take a long rest.
5. Pupils who get all correct get a reward.
6. Pupils were given 'Bee Stripe', pupils write why they like or dislike the bee (FA)
7. Pupil paste their stripes at English Corner. Pupils read and give feedback on
their friend opinions.
8. Pupils recite the poem again and recalls the good quality of the tiny
insect.

1. Pupils look at the photo on page 24 in the textbook. Pupils look at the

photo and choose a title for the text.
2. Pupils do chain reading. Pupils check their title along with their friends after
complete reading the text.
3. Pupils answer the teacher's questions verbally. (e.g. Who has breakfast at
6.45am, Who works at home? Who studies? Who doesn't watch TV a lot?
Who goes to bed at 7pm?)
4. Pupils answer a crossword puzzle at https://crosswordlabs.com/view/guess-

5. Pupils read the clues and write their answers on their white board.(eg
son- a couple's male child, daughter- a couple's female child, granddaughter-
a son's or daughter's female child, sister - a female sibling, brother - a male
sibling, parents - mother and father, enormous - very big, difficult-not easy,
fun - pleasure, older-elder.
6. Pupils write the words and it's meaning in their exercise book.
7. Teacher encourages pupils to practise their daily routines to help their
parents.
