After The 2nd semester of Master Of Business Administration (MBA) course,
an interne was sent to SHRIRAM CITY UNION FIN. LTD. Hamirpur Branch to
have a practical exposure on banking activities under the programs of
Industrial training SCUF is a leading NBFC which starts in operation from
1974 Through All over india its to silent to general banking service account
opening ,bills, remittance, clearing, cash, and computer ,section while
advance banking involves the activities related to providing borrowing to its
customers.

First chapter to introduction of the report focus on background , objective and


introduction of industry focus on the context of banking industry present
situation challenges and opportunities. And after then brief introduction to to
the organization focus on SCUF vision, mission, strategy, present situation of
the Non- bank of SWOT analysis.

The second chapter focus on Practical part analysis of activity done and
problems solved role of the internee and fitting in the organization structure
experience in the training including system process also Occurrences of
problems and how these problems solved and observed gape.

The duration of study was a very short span time. It was very much hard to
complete a report as a assigned task by the Non bank So I had complete
this study Facing by much time pressure This report cover only credit
department and General banking activities of Shriram City union fin ltd.
Especially this report of the comparison of different banks in interest rate
and deposit scheme in a financial products. It consider on one branch public
and private bank.

Non Bank is the Lawful organization which accepts deposits that can be withdrawn

banking customer in the Topic of KYC ( Know Yours Customers ) Norms KYC
is an acronym for “ Know Your Customer” and is a term used for Customer
Identification Process with any financial entity. KYC establishes an investor’s
identity address through relevant supporting document such as prescribed
photo id (PAN card , Aadhar card) and address proof and In Person
verification KYC compliance is mandatory under the prevention of money
Laundering Act,2002 and Rules framed there under SEBI and Anti Money
Laundering (AML) standard.
