Usamos apostrofe s (‘s) después de una persona para hablar sobre su familia o sus cosas. Por
ejemplo:
Henry’s mother ( la mamá de Henry)
Amy’s laptop (La computadora de Amy)
Nota:
Si el nombre de la persona finaliza en s , solo agregamos el apostrofe Por ejemplo:
Marcos’ brother is in University ( El hermano de Marcos está en la universidad)
My sisters’ names are Mary and July. (Los nombres de mis hermanas son Mary y July)

Para nombrar a padre y madre juntos decimos parents
Para nombrar a abuelo y abuela juntos decimos grandparents
Para nombrar hermanos (masculinos) brothers, y hermanas (femenino) sisters, pero si
queremos nombrar a hermanos y hermanas decimos siblings (neutral)
Para nombrar a hijos decimos sons , y para nombrar a hijas daughters, pero si queremos
nombrar a hijos e hijas decimos children
