Scope of The Study
The scope of our study is to help understand the psychological benefits and background
of time management among grade 10 students at SMHS and provide them with
suggestions and tactics that might benefit them, which indicates that our study will
revolve around finding solution strategies and helping them deal with the overwhelming
tasks or anxiety they engage in due to endeavors and performance tasks
We intend to focus more on the beneficial benefits the study will have on our audiences,
as well as making it easier for them to acquire stress-coping skills. We also intend to
help them improve their mental health, such as anxiety, breakdowns, and burnout.
"There are some that will make time management not as easy. By recognizing these
challenges, we will be able to manage our time more intelligently," says Kurdo Othman
in www.linkedin.com
These are the instances he gave of impediments in this research that we will look into
and tackle for the purpose of assisting our classmates and schoolmates.
Another part is expanding our audience's knowledge so they can be better for
themselves and make the right and wise decisions that will stray them away from
making bad ones, positively affecting how they handle time management.
Limitations
One of the most significant limitations in our study that our audiences will face is that
when they do not have or lack self-discipline, it can have a negative impact on their
ability to implement time management in their daily lives because acquiring or making
time management a habit requires self-discipline.
According to what I've read, the two major limitations in implementing our research are
a lack of self-discipline, which causes problems like procrastination, getting distracted
easily, laziness, and so on, and a lack of self-confidence, which causes the problem
Kurdo Othman mentioned of being unable to say no. This can only go one of two ways:
either the person gets distracted easily, indicating a lack of self-discipline, or they are a
doormat, indicating that they lack self-confidence because they don't even have the
confidence to say no to someone that can stray them away from making wise decisions
One minor issue is that the audience lacks knowledge of what they are doing, like when
activities begin to accumulate and they are unsure of what to do. We intend to address
this issue by providing as much information and assistance as we are able to, to prevent
anxiety and breakdowns.
Time management is more crucial than it initially seems to be because it not only helps
you get through junior high, but is also applicable to employees, teachers, and other
professionals.
Learning time management can greatly improve your mental state, which is why you
should never take it for granted given that it provides you a direction or guidance as to
where and how you'll be able to accomplish activities and performance tasks. Although
it does not stop there, you can quickly decrease the feeling of being on edge all the time
because of the lingering feeling of what to do next, how to pass the requirements on
time, and so on.
Learning time management is difficult, especially for students who are used to
cramming, but it will all be worth it because of the long-term benefits it has; it has no
limit and you can apply it to your future career or when you start a family; additionally,
avoiding depression because the stress of activities and so on brought upon someone
is no joke; it can affect them for life, making this a more necessary skill to learn.
