ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In this 147-hour program, you will:

• Become proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,


PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Prepare and complete a resume and cover letter, and receive


assistance in job search.

• Master developing business documents, expense reporting, and


calendar scheduling.

• Learn how to organize debits and credits, including receivable and


payable accounts.

• Further develop your abilities in communication, problem-solving, and


time management.

• Obtain certification from the National Career Certifications Board


and gain the credentials to help you land that great job.
