After you click the “To Do” section, you will sew this page and you can see 3
tabs.
● Assigned : Tasks that was assigned to you
● Missing : Task that you were missing/you didn’t submit
● Done : Tasks that have been submitted
Check task information and do task that was assigned to you :
You can start doing your task by clicking “Open”at email notification, or go
to your “To Do” section and click the task that was assigned to you, then
you can choose.

As you can see, in the task detail page, you can see information about
the task.
Points and due date : you can check point and due date below the task
title “Take 3 Photos”, you will see 100 points and due Aug 16, 11:59 PM
If you want to start doing your task, click on “+Add or Create” on the right
side, at the “Your work” section. Choose how you want to submit, using
Google Docs, Slides, Sheets or Drawing. You can insert gdrive links or
another link and attach files as well.
This is an example if you want to submit using docs. After clicking “Docs”
you will be redirected into Google Docs. Do your task and after finish, you
can click “Turn In” (next to the “Share” button on the top right side)
After click “Turn In”, you will see this pop up, click “Turn In”
Your task info will change to “Unsubmit” in the “Your work” section
After submitting your work, you can’t change the document. If you want to
revise, click “Unsubmit” first and then re-submit again after finishing your
revision.
You will see this page that shows your grade and points, grade is
calculated by total points earned by students. You can see all your task’s
points, including the missing task.

Check task that was assigned to you
When you have task that was assigned to you, you can check your email or
you can check on the tab “To Do” in the Google Classroom left sidebar
(Picture 1-2)
After you click the “To Do” section, you will sew this page and you can see 3

View a file
You can view files that you’ve created or opened on any device and other
documents like Microsoft® Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files.
Tip: If someone else is working on the file, you’ll see the changes they're
making.
Look at a file
To open and view a file, tap the file’s name in the Google Docs, Sheets, or
Slides app.
Rename a file
1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Docs, Sheets, or
Slides app.
Save a file
When you're online, Google automatically saves your changes as you type.
You don't need a save button.

Tip: On Google Sheets, you need to tap outside of the cell you're typing in
to save.

4. Enter a title and choose where to save it.

1. On your device, open the Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Sites app.
2. In the bottom corner, tap Create .
3. Choose whether to use a template or create a new file. The app will
open a new file.
View a file
Look at a file
To open and view a file, tap the file’s name in the Google Docs, Sheets, or
Slides app.

1. On your phone or tablet, open the Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides app.
