Interest, Fees and Other Amounts

The Bank may charge interest on any debit balance at the Bank’s prevailing

‫ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻊ أﻻ ﻳﻘﻮم اﻟﻌﻤﻼء ﺑﺈﺟﺮاء أي ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﺎﺑﻟﺪوﻻر اﻷﻣﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻬﺬه‬
‫اﻟﺪول و ﻧﻨﺒﻬﻜﻢ ﺄﺑن ﺣﺼﻴﻠﺔ أي ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬه اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ اﺳﺘﻼﻣﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﻤﻠﺔ‬
‫أﺧﺮى ﻻ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻠﻬﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻋﻤﻠﺔ اﻟﺪوﻻر اﻷﻣﺮﻳﻜﻲ وﺗﻮﺟﻴﻬﻬﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪.‬‬
‫ت( ﻻ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺈﺟﺮاء أي ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻣﻊ أﻓﺮاد أو ﻛﻴﺎﻧﺎت أو ﺳﻔﻦ ﻣﺤﺪدة ﻛﺄﻫﺪاف‬ ‫ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺚ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﺪات‬
‫ﻟﻠﺠﺰاءات ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﻈﻤﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﺤﻠﻴﻴﻦ واﻟﺪوﻟﻴﻴﻦ‪.‬‬
‫ث( ﻻ ﻳﺸﺎرك اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻼت )ﺗﺸﻤﻞ اﻟﻮاردات أو اﻟﺼﺎدرات( ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ اﻟﻤﻮارد‬ ‫ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ إﺑﻼغ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻷوﻗﺎت ﺄﺑي ﺗﻐﻴﲑ ‪ /‬ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎت‬
‫ذات اﻹﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻤﺰدوج اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻬﺎ ﻟﻐﺮض ﻫﺠﻮﻣﻲ‪ ،‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﺘﻮاﺻﻞ وﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ واﻟﺘﺄﺷﲑة وﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻬﻮﻳﺔ اﻹﻣﺎراﺗﻴﺔ وﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎت ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫اﻟﻤﺜﺎل اﻟﻤﻮاد اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻻﻧﺘﺸﺎر اﻟﻨﻮوي‪ ،‬واﻷﺳﻠﺤﺔ‪ ،‬واﻟﺬﺧﺎﺋﺮ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ )‪ (1‬ﺗﺴﺠﻴﻞ اﻟﺪﺧﻮل ﻟﻠﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻋﱪ اﻹﻧﱰﻧﺖ وﺗﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ‬
‫وﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ أو )‪ (2‬اﻻﺗﺼﺎل ﺑﻤﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺒﺎﴍة‪ .‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪ ،‬ﻳﻘﺪم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﺣﺼﺮﺎﻳ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﻼء اﻟﻠﺬﻳﻦ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ج(‬ ‫ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻤﺤﺪﺛﺔ أو اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﺪات ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ‪ ،‬ﻳﺤﺘﻔﻆ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺎﺑﻟﺤﻖ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﻟﺪﻳﻬﻢ ﺣﺴﺎﺎﺑت ﻣﻊ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪ .‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻧﻨﺒﻪ اﻟﻌﻤﻼء ﺑﻌﺪم إﺟﺮاء ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻼت ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺣﻈﺮ ﺣﺴﺎب )ﺣﺴﺎﺎﺑت( اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺣﱴ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻮﻓﲑ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت أو اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻨﺪات‬
‫ﺣﺴﺎﺎﺑﺗﻬﻢ ﺎﺑﻟﻨﻴﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮف )أﻃﺮاف( ﺛﺎﻟﺚ‪.‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺤﺪﺛﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺗﻤﺎﺷﻴﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺎت اﻟﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪة واﻟﱱاﻣﺎت اﻻﻣﺘﺜﺎل اﻟﺘﻨﻈﻴﻤﻲ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻪ‪ ،‬ﻟﻦ‬ ‫ً‬
‫ﻗﺎدرا ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﺪﻣﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻼء اﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻻ ﻳﻠﱱﻣﻮن ﺎﺑﻟﻤﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﻳﻜﻮن اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‬

‫ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ إﻋﺎدة دﻓﺎﺗﺮ اﻟﺸﻴﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺎﺑﻟﺤﺴﺎب إﻟﻰ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪ .‬ﻗﺪ ﻳﻜﻮن اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‬
‫ﻳﺤﺘﻔﻆ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺳﺎت ﺻﺎرﻣﺔ وﺿﻮاﺑﻂ أﻣﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬ ‫ً‬
‫ﻣﻠﺰﻣﺎ ﺎﺑﻹﺑﻼغ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺘﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻪ ‪ /‬ﺑﻬﺎ و ‪ /‬أو ﺗﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﻓﻲ أﻧﻈﻤﺔ وﺿﻮاﺑﻂ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪ .‬ﻳُ ﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﻤﻮﻇﻔﻲ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ واﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻌﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ‬
‫اﻟﺸﻴﻜﺎت اﻟﻤﺮﺗﺠﻌﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺼﺮف اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰي ﻟﺪوﻟﺔ اﻹﻣﺎرات اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة‬

‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻼﺋﺤﺔ ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻬﻠﻚ )ﺗﻌﻤﻴﻢ رﻗﻢ ‪ ،(8- 2020‬ﺳﻴﺘﻢ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة‬
‫إﺑﻼﻏﻚ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﻫﺬا ﺄﺑﻧﻪ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻚ ﺳﺤﺐ أو إﻟﻐﺎء ﻃﻠﺐ ﻓﺘﺢ ﺣﺴﺎب اﻷﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻚ‬
‫ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﻏﻀﻮن ‪ 5‬أﺎﻳم ﻋﻤﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻟﺘﻮﻗﻴﻊ )"ﻓﱰة اﻟﺴﻤﺎح"(‪ .‬ﻓﻲ ﻳﻮم اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﻳﺒﺬل اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻗﺼﺎرى ﺟﻬﺪه ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻧﻬﺎ ﴎﻳﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺴﺎدس )أو ﺑﻌﺪ ﻳﻮم واﺣﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻧﺘﻬﺎء ﻓﱰة اﻟﺴﻤﺎح(‪ ،‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ إﺑﻼغ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﻘﺮارك‬
‫ﻟﻠﻐﺎﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻳﻘﺮ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ وﻳﻮاﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﻴﺎم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺎﺑﻹﻓﺼﺎح ﻋﻦ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ أو‬
‫ﺑﺈﻟﻐﺎء أو ﺳﺤﺐ ﻃﻠﺐ ﻓﺘﺢ ﺣﺴﺎب اﻷﻋﻤﺎل وإﻻ ﺳﻨﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ اﻹﺟﺮاءات واﻟﱵ‬
‫ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺘﻬﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺑﲔ‪:‬‬
‫ُﺗﻌﺘﱪ ﻣﺆﻛﺪة ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮﻓﻚ‪.‬‬
‫أ( ﻓﺮوع اﻟﺒﻨﻚ وﴍﻛﺎﺗﻪ اﻟﻔﺮﻋﻴﺔ وﻣﻜﺎﺗﺒﻪ اﻟﺘﻤﺜﻴﻠﻴﺔ واﻟﴩﻛﺎت اﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ و‪ /‬أو‬
‫ﺳﻴﻘﻮم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪ ،‬ﺧﻼل ﻓﱰة اﻟﺴﻤﺎح‪ ،‬ﺑﱱوﻳﺪك ﺑﺈﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺔ اﻟﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﺣﺴﺎب اﻷﻋﻤﺎل‬
‫ً‬ ‫وﻛﻼء اﻟﺒﻨﻚ؛‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻹﺟﺮاءات ﺳﻴﺎﺳﺔ‬ ‫اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻚ واﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻷﺧﺮى ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﺎﺑﻟﺤﺴﺎب‪ ،‬وذﻟﻚ‬
‫"اﻋﺮف ﻋﻤﻴﻠﻚ" وإﺟﺮاءات اﻻﻣﺘﺜﺎل اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺎﺑﻟﺒﻨﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ب( اﻷﻃﺮاف اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺜﺔ اﻟﱵ ﻳﺨﺘﺎرﻫﺎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ و‪ /‬أو أي ﺷﺨﺺ ﻣﺬﻛﻮر ﻓﻲ )أ( أﻋﻼه‪ ،‬أﻳﻨﻤﺎ‬
‫إذا اﺧﱰت اﻟﺘﻨﺎزل ﻋﻦ ﺣﻘﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻓﱰة اﻟﺴﻤﺎح‪ ،‬ﻓﻴﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺗﺄﻛﻴﺪ أو إﺧﻄﺎر ﻫﺬه اﻟﻨﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻛﺎن ﻣﻮﻗﻌﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻟﻼﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﴪي ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ اﻟﻤﺜﺎل ﻻ اﻟﺤﺼﺮ‪ ،‬أي‬
‫ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺔ‪ .‬وﺗﺠﺪر اﻹﺷﺎرة إﻟﻰ أﻧﻪ إذا اﺧﱰت إﻟﻐﺎء أو ﺳﺤﺐ ﻃﻠﺐ ﻓﺘﺢ ﺣﺴﺎب‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎت‪ ،‬وأﻏﺮاض إﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ وﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮ؛ أو‬
‫ً‬
‫ﻣﺴﺆوﻻ ﻋﻦ دﻓﻊ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﺘﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ‬ ‫اﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﺧﻼل ﻓﱰة اﻟﺴﻤﺎح‪ ،‬ﻓﺴﺘﻜﻮن‬ ‫ً‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻷي ﻗﺎﻧﻮن أو ﻻﺋﺤﺔ أو‬ ‫ت( أي ﻣﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﻣﺨﺘﺼﺔ أو ﺟﻬﺔ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻤﻴﺔ أو ﺳﻠﻄﺔ‬
‫واﻟﺮﺳﻮم اﻟﱵ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻜﻮن ﺗﻜﺒﺪﺗﻬﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺄﺑي أو ﺟﻤﻴﻊ اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼت اﻟﱵ أﺟﺮﻳﺖ‬ ‫إﺟﺮاء ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻲ ذي ﺻﻠﺔ ﻳﺨﻀﻊ ﻟﻪ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ )ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ أي ﻣﻦ ﻓﺮوﻋﻪ أو ﻣﻜﺎﺗﺐ‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺴﺎب اﻷﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻚ ﺧﻼل ﻓﱰة اﻟﺴﻤﺎح وﻗﺒﻞ إﻟﻐﺎء ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻚ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺗﻤﺜﻴﻠﻪ أو اﻟﴩﻛﺎت اﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻪ و‪ /‬أو وﻛﻼﺋﻪ(‪.‬‬

‫إﻏﻼق اﻟﺤﺴﺎب‬
‫ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﺔ اﻟﴩوط واﻷﺣﻜﺎم‬
‫ً‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﺮه اﻟﺨﺎص وﻗﺮاره‪ ،‬ﺑﻌﺪ إرﺳﺎل إﺷﻌﺎر إﻏﻼق‬ ‫أ( ﻳﺠﻮز ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ ﻓﻲ أي وﻗﺖ‬
‫إﻟﻰ اﻟﺤﺪ اﻟﺬي ﺗﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﻪ اﻟﻘﻮاﻧﲔ اﻟﻤﻌﻤﻮل ﺑﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﻳﺠﻮز ﻟﻠﻤﴩق ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ أو اﺳﺘﺒﺪال أو‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺴﺎب‪ ،‬إﻏﻼق اﻟﺤﺴﺎب )اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺎﺑت( اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻴﺔ‪ .‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ إﻏﻼق اﻟﺤﺴﺎب‬
‫ً‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﺘﻘﺪﻳﺮه اﻟﺨﺎص‪ .‬إذا ﻛﺎﻧﺖ‬ ‫اﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎل أو ﺣﺬف أي ﴍوط وأﺣﻜﺎم ﻓﻲ أي وﻗﺖ‬ ‫)اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺎﺑت( ﻷي ﺳﺒﺐ ﻣﻦ اﻷﺳﺒﺎب‪ ،‬ﻳﻮاﻓﻖ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ أن اﻟﺮﺻﻴﺪ اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﻲ ﻓﻲ‬
‫ﻫﻨﺎك أي ﺗﻐﻴﲑات ﻣﻘﺼﻮدة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﴩوط واﻷﺣﻜﺎم أو ﻋﻠﻰ أي ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺰاﺎﻳ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺴﺎب )اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺎﺑت(‪ ،‬إن وﺟﺪ‪ ،‬ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺻﺮﻓﻪ أو رده إﻟﻰ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ‬
‫ﻳﻮﻣﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ أن ﺗﴪي ﻫﺬه‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬
‫إﺷﻌﺎرا ﻟﻤﺪة ‪60‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺤﺪدة‪ ،‬ﻓﺴﻴﻘﻮم اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺑﺈﻋﻄﺎء اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ‬ ‫ﺎﺑﻟﺪرﻫﻢ اﻹﻣﺎراﺗﻲ‪ ،‬ﺑﻌﺪ ﺧﺼﻢ أي رﺳﻮم وﺗﻜﺎﻟﻴﻒ ﻣﻄﺒﻘﺔ )ﺑﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ ﺗﻜﻠﻔﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺘﻐﻴﲑات ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﻣﻮﻗﻊ اﻟﻤﴩق اﻹﻟﻜﱰوﻧﻲ )‪ (Mashreqneo.com‬و‪ /‬أو ﻋﱪ‬ ‫ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ اﻟﻌﻤﻼت اﻷﺟﻨﺒﻴﺔ(‪.‬‬
‫اﻟﱪﻳﺪ اﻹﻟﻜﱰوﻧﻲ و‪ /‬أو ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل أي وﺳﻴﻠﺔ اﺗﺼﺎل أﺧﺮى ﻳﺮاﻫﺎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫ب( ﺳﻴﻐﻠﻖ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ ﺣﺴﺎب )ﺣﺴﺎﺎﺑت( اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ إذا ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﻦ ﻫﻨﺎك أﻣﻮال ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺴﺎب‬
‫ً‬
‫ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻤﻴﺎ‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬
‫ﻳﻮﻣﺎ‬ ‫)اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺎﺑت( ﻟﻤﺪة ‪180‬‬

‫اﻟﻤﴩق ﻧﻴﻮ ﺟﺰء ﻣﻦ ﺑﻨﻚ اﻟﻤﴩق ش‪.‬م‪.‬ع اﻟﻤﺮﺧﺺ واﻟﺨﺎﺿﻊ ﻟﺮﻗﺎﺑﺔ ﻣﺼﺮف اﻹﻣﺎرات اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰي‪.‬‬
