I am dedicated, hardworking in equipment operation, plant operations, and process and safety
improvements. I have experience in commissioning time, testing and analyzing processes to
increase the overall efficiency of operations. I am currently looking for an opportunity to utilize

WORKING EXPERIENCE
CJ Feed Ingredients Vietnam (CJ-FVN) is a member of CJ Group from South Korea. The subject is
introduced as the first feed ingredient factory of CJ Group in Vietnam, with the main products being
fermented soybeans and several others. It belongs to the field of biotechnology and is the first stage
in the production and trade value chain of the processed food industry that CJ Group is developing
in Vietnam. Raw materials for the production include amino acids used as additional feed
ingredients provided by CJ Bio which are mainly imported from group members. Its products are
also materials for CJ Vina Agri, which was active in manufacturing and trading cattle, poultry, and
aquatic feed. At CJ Factory, I’d worked 6 years (2012-2018) in 2 positions: FIELD OPERATOR and
LEAD OPERATOR (or CCR OPERATOR)
Main task:
Operate at DCS, control console to coordinate and regulate process variables and to direct flow
rates of various process and utility streams according to prescribed schedules for all processes
as below:
1. Pretreatment Process: Intake Soybean meal Silo, Belt conveyors, Belt Scale Conveyors
system, Ribbon Mixer, Steamer (Cooker), Cooler, Chemical Tank farm (H2SO4, NaOH,
Antifoam, Molasses, Yeast Extract, High Fructose Syrup) for Liquid Fermentation Process.
2. Solid Fermentation Process: Solid Fermentation Room, fluidized bed dryer, Hammermill,
pulverized Crusher, Product Silo
3. Liquid Fermentation Process: Bacillus cultured to Flask, 5L (liters) seed tanks, 5KL main
tank, Steam sterilization lines, CIP tank and line
4. Utilities Systems: Compressor, Bio Boiler, Demin Water system, Wet Scrubbers system, Bio
Wastewater System
Read processing schedules, operating logs, test results of samples, and laboratory
recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified
quantity and quality of product.
Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and
monitoring process indicators.
Calculation quantity of Soybean meal, chemical usage for a batch including Solid and Liquid
Fermentation, make a Batch schedule time basing on bacteria developing (DO and bacteria
scout through Microscope) or troubleshooting happens to ensure to save energy and life cycle
of Bacillus.
Coordinate the start-up, shutdown (normal & emergency) and normal operations with Shift
Supervisor and field operators.
Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.
Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work.
Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the initial
period of operation.
Works outside in the plant and is in constant communication with the CCR Operator and Shift
Supervisor directly or by radio in field operations such as making manual adjustments to valves
and operating equipment at 3 areas: Utility (Gas Boiler, Demi Water, Chiller, Raw Water,
Cooling Water, Compressor, Softener Water), Granulator (Granulator, Dryer 1&2, Cooler), Ure
Melter System.
Take appropriate actions in accordance with DCS Operator and Shift Supervisor in case of
emergency.
Handle trouble Shooting following SOP and directions from DCS Operator and Shift Supervisor
Take responsibility for Self- Maintenance (Fill in oil into gear box, Tighten Bolt, Clean strainer,
Change Filter Cloth of Bag Filter, check all equipment in process area following as checklist, etc.)
Report all equipment and instrument defects and leaks immediately to his supervisor and take
any possible corrective action to follow standing instructions.
Start, check or stop equipment locally on a plan basic or emergence, may adjust the setpoints of
the local controller.
Regularly collect process data, analyze this and take appropriate action in case of abnormality.
During the start-up of equipment remotely, such as compressors, separators, and pumps, assist
in checking and following start-up sequences.
Start and adjust the flow rate of chemical injection pumps as required, and logs chemical
consumption rates and tank levels.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Safety during preventive maintenance checks on fire and gas
systems.
Fully conversant with the responsibilities as Area Authority within the Information to Panel
Operator / Supervisor for any potentially hazardous situations if found.
Starts up/ shut down activities with standard operating procedures as per Instruction by Shift
Supervisor (QP).
Monitors and controls all activities within his area of responsibility conforming to HSE Standard
set by the company.
Zinc Oxide Corporation Viet Nam is 100% foreign investment from Korea Zinc Corp. which
produces Zinc Oxide from Electric Arc Furnace Dust (EAFD). Our Products are HZO (Halide Zinc
Oxide) and IZO (Industrial Zinc Oxide) with %Zn about 99,8% which is used ceramics and rubber
industry.
Main Task:
1- MANAGEMENT TASK
After the Commissioning time, create the SOP for HZO and IZO process. Basing on all trouble
shooting and Customer Standard, reset all parameters, update and maintain the
Procedures/Technical Document for training the Operators.
Follow/Calculate the Chemical used for Process and Wastewater Treatment to make the
monthly chemical Supply. Compare between the plan and the chemical usage to find out the
chemical loss and improve it
Lead cross functional team with Maintenance Team to make the plan (Cleaning machine/
Factory, improve machine, equipment, material, operating procedure and yield to achieve
operating cost)
Receive the Product Test Result every day to consider, make meeting with engineer, and make
the changes about technology, operation method to improve the quality of product which is
suitable with customer demand.
Patrol, Control the 5S also increase the Safety Awareness for Operators
Calculate the OEE ratio, Breakdown time to evaluate the Process Operation Efficiency. From
that, Improve the Process to increase Capacity, Quality of HZO and IZO
2- OPERATION TASK
In the Pre-Commissioning time, participate in activities carried out during construction that
prepare and enable the unit to move to the main commissioning phase. The range of pre-
commissioning activities include: installation of filters, packing of Wet scrubber columns, filling
a reactor with catalyst, cleaning pipes and equipment, vendor and factory acceptance testing,
punch listing and instrument, electrical and motor loop testing
Support for mechanical team to check pipeline through P&ID and make a cross-check
assignment/ punch list for operators
The unit is leak tested, started up, shut down, scrubbing columns put into use, all to gain the
confidence that when process chemicals are introduced the plant will operate as designed and
intended.
Support and receive the technology from Vendor about commissioning operation (Start up/
shutdown), handling troubleshooting, setting-up the parameters and transfer for the operators.
Works outside in the plant and is in constant communication with the DCS Operator and Shift
Production Team Leader directly or by radio in field operations such as making manual
adjustments to valves and operating equipment at 5 areas:
1- Unloading System (Unloading Belt Conveyor, Bulk Trailer, Pneumatic Conveyor, EAFD
Mega Silo),
2- Process HZO Area- Extractive Metallurgy plant (Chain Conveyor, Briquette Process,
Steel Belt Dryer, Screen, Hammer Mill, Rotary Hearth Furnace Machine (RHF), Combustion
Chamber, Radiant Heat Exchanger, Quencher, Process Bag Filter),
3- Process IZO System- Alkali Leaching plant (Sludge/ Reactor/ Chemical Tank, Pump,
Alkali Leaching, Alkali Washing Filter press, Flash Dryer)
5- Utility Section
- Coal Chain-grated Boiler package (Cap: 21 ton/h): Condensate Recovery Tank/ De-
Aerator/ PH adjusting chemical Tank (Cyclohexa amin Tank), dissolved Oxygen
adjusting chemical tank (Hydrazine/ Water Tube Boiler/ Ash handling system/ Flue Gas
Desulfurization (FSD) system.
- Softener Water (Treat Water): Sand Filter, Carbon Filter, Mixed Bed (Ion exchanger)
and Chemical Tank (NaOH and HCl) for Re-generation
Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating
practice.
Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction of DCS
operator.
Patrol the plant and ensure that the equipment is operating normally and that no unusual
conditions exist.
Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming,
and other procedures as required.
Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work.
Perform daily check and minor maintenance based on the check list.
Take appropriate actions in accordance with DCS Operator and Team Leader in case of
emergency.
Handle trouble Shooting following SOP and directions from DCS Operator and Shift Team
Leader.

- Coal Chain-grated Boiler package: Condensate Recovery Tank/ De-Aerator/ PH adjusting chemical
Tank (Cyclohexane amin Tank), dissolved Oxygen adjusting chemical tank (Hydrazine/ Water Tube
Boiler/ Ash handling system/ Flue Gas Desulfurization (FSD) system.
- Softener Water (Treat Water): Sand Filter, Carbon Filter, Mixed Bed (Ion exchanger) and Chemical
Tank (NaOH and HCl) for Re-generation
- Portable Water and Cooling Water (Cooling water system, Cooling Water Chemical Dosing System,
Cooling Water Blowdown System)
