This project is a type of project based on a (Bungalow At Kg. Istana,PT.Raja Johor.
This project started to be built on 9/2/2022 until it ends on 8/8/2022. The budget for
this project is RM 1,234,247.00.

LOCATION OF PROJECT

The location of this project is the one at PARIT RAJA ,JOHOR ,MALAYSIA, which is
on the key plan. While the location plan is close to LOT 5927,PARIT RAJA
JOHOR ,which are close to some existing facilities there,such as
shops,restaurants,homestay,public markets and others. Size of building are 4.5
meter square.

On site also have existing building involve and infrastructure on site, there is a
residential park nearby. It also have a good infrastructure like playground, shops,
schools, and gas stations. On site also have a good ultilities such as electrical
supply. Water supply, street lamp, and drainage system.

The work activities that take place in this project are as follows prelimineries, law
regulation and requirement,plant material and samples, temporary work ,site survey,
site preparation, earth work,building works, work below lowest floor level,frame steel
structure,ibs wall, roof, finishes, door and windows, electrical works, mechanical
works, miscellanous,work within compound,cleaning, final inspection and ccc
process. Total of budget is RM 1,234,247.00. Budget of work and material is RM
1,156,967.00. Budget of worker is RM 77280.00.

The conclusion that can be made is that this project can be built on 9/2/2022 and
end on 8/8/2022. The time taken total is 129 days. The type of project built is a
bungalow-based project located in Kg. Istana Project, Parit Raja
This project has spent a total of Rm1,234,247.00. In addition, this cost is also divided
into the cost of employee wages, which is as many as 13 people.
This project was built at the location of Parit Raja. The project also has a building site
and existing infrastructure on site, it is also located close to some existing facilities
on site. On site also have a good utilities such as electrical supply. Water supply,
street lamp, and drainage system. Therefore know that the site is a good services.
