Yeast 12 gr
Sugar 100gr
Egg 1pcs
Butter 50gr
Salt 15gr
Method :
1. Put all dry ingredients in mixing bowl, mixing in low speed for about 3
minutes.
2. Add the water/ fresh milk gradually . mixing the dough for about 5 minutes
until well combined.
3. Add salt and butter in the last step and turn up to high speed. Continue to
knead the dough in other 7 to 10 minutes.
4. Removed the dough from mixing bowl, the cover it with plastic wrap or wet
cloth for about 5 minutes.
5. Divided the dough in small pieces for about 40gr and rest it before filled with
jam/ or filling ingredients
