    The Alturas Group of Companies –Marcela Farms Incorporated Food Group division promotes and
    practices compliance to the Food and Drug Authority (FDA).As one of our major supplier of food
    packaging materials in our business units (MFI-Slaughterhouse &meat Cutting Plant II)

    In connection, we would like to conduct plant visit and audit as per FDA compliance (Suppliers
    Audit).The reference criteria will be the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food packaging
    materials. Through this we will be able to gain understanding in cases of problem that we might be
    encountered with regards to packaging materials as well as to strengthen client and supplier
    relationship.

    We would like to ask permission from your good office for the hereto listed personnel to visit your plant.
