    the platform "LazyPay", had assigned to you eligibility limits ("LazyPlus Facility") for permitted drawdowns and utilization, as
    specified in the Facility Documents.

    3. PayU Finance would like to confirm that as per records of PayU Finance, your LazyPlus Facility has been repaid in full and as on
    date of this letter and no amount is outstanding under the LazyPlus Facility. Further, your account has also been
    deactivated/closed by PayU Finance (that is, no debit or credit to your account is now permitted).

    4. This no-dues letter is being issued to you pursuant to your request and shall not be construed as a financial undertaking or any
    commitment or confirmation (whether in relation to your credit worthiness or otherwise) on the part of PayU Finance or any of its
    directors, officers and/or employees.
