WORK IMMERSION
WORK IMMERSION
• refers to the part of the Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum consisting of 80 hours
of hands-on experience or work simulation which the Grades 11 and 12 students
will undergo to expose them to the actual workplace setting and to enrich the
competencies provided by the school under the supervision of the School Head
and the designated personnel of the Partner.
• Immersion is done outside the school campus in a “Workplace Immersion Venue,”
defined as “the place where work immersion of students is done
• Work Immersion Teacher is the school personnel who is assigned to supervise the
learners at the Work Immersion Venue in coordination with the Work Immersion
Partner Institution Supervisor

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

RESUME
• is a short document used to summarize a job seeker’s experience and
qualifications for a prospective employer. It includes the job seeker’s contact
information, work experience, education, and relevant skills in support of a job
application.
2. POLICE Clearance - is a document issued to a person to prove and certify that he/she
is free and cleared from any case, liability, crime, offense, and bad record in the local
town or municipality he/ she is currently residing.
LIMITATIONS - The police clearance cannot tell if there have been criminal cases filed
against the maid in other localities in the Philippines. Like the NBI clearance, the police
clearance cannot tell if there have been civil cases filed against the maid

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION – full name, gender. Birth date, birth place, civil
status, address, contact infos, nationality
2. IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION – identification number, photograph, and
client’s signature
3. CRIMINAL RECORD – criminal record, if any, nature and date of offense, court
jurisdiction, and case status
4. CERTIFICATION – chief’s signature, seal of authority, and date
TYPES OF BUSINESS
1. Sole proprietorships - owned and operated by a single person. There is no legal
separation between the business and the owner, which means the tax and legal
liabilities of the business are the responsibility of the owner.
2. Partnerships - a business relationship between two or more people who together
conduct business. Each partner contributes resources and money to the business and
shares in the profits and losses of the business. The shared profits and losses are recorded
on each partner's tax return.
3. Corporations - business in which a group of people acts as a single entity. Owners are
commonly referred to as shareholders who exchange consideration for the
corporation's common stock.

1. Small Businesses - commonly managed by one person or a small group of people with
less than 100 employees.
2. Mid-Sized Enterprises - defined as one with 100 to 499 employees
3. Large Businesses - They are often organized by departments, such as human resources,
finance, marketing, sales, and research and development.
