1. Welcome Screen

 Open the NearMe Mobile Application installed in your mobile phone.

မိုဘိုင္းလ္ဖုန္းထဲတြင္ ထည့္သြင္းထားေသာ NearMe Mobile Application ကိုဖြင့္ပါ။

1.1 Entering Login and Password

 Enter Login ID or Phone Number.

Login ID (သို႔မဟုတ္) ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Tap “Login”.

“Login” ကို ႏိွပ္ပါ။

 Enter Password.

Password ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

1.2 Registration for New User

 If you don’t have Login ID (Phone No), tap “Register”.

Login ID မရွိလွ်င္ “Register” ကို ႏိွပ္ပါ။

 Enter Phone Number and Name in “REGISTER”.

“REGISTER” တြင္ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ႏွင့္ အမည္ကို ျဖည့္ပါ။

“Next” ကို ႏိွပ္ပါ။

 Enter “OTP Code” and tap “Proceed”.

SMSပို႕ေသာ“Code”နံပါတ္၆ လံုးကိုျဖည့္ၿပီး “Proceed” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 If code hasn’t arrived, Tap “Resend OTP?”.

“Code” မေရာက္လာလွ်င္ “Resend Code?” ကိုႏိွပ္ပါ။

 Create “Password”.

Password တစ္ခုျပဳလုပ္ပါ။

 Enter your “Password” again to confirm.

Password ေနာက္တစ္ခါ ႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

1.2.1 Complete my account for New User

 Tap “COMPLETE MY ACCOUNT”.

“COMPLETE MY ACCOUNT” ကိုႏိွပ္ပါ။

 Complete Gender, Date of Birth, NRC, Secret Word, Address, Email and

Shop Information.

Gender,Date of Birth, NRC, Secret Word, Address, Email and Shop

Information တို႔ကိုျဖည့္ပါ။

 Tap “UPDATE”.

 “Balance of Partner, TOPUP services” will be displayed in “Home” screen.

Partner ၏ လက္က်န္ေငြပမာဏ ႏွင့္ ဖုန္းေငြျဖည့္ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို Home Screen

တြင္ ၾကည့္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

3. Mobile Topup

 Choose “ePIN” or “eLoad”.

“ePIN” သို႔မဟုတ္ “eLoad”ေရြးပါ။

 If we choose “ePIN”, PIN will be sent in sms so that any mobile no can be

entered.

“ePIN” ကိုေရြးလွ်င္ လွ်ိဳ႕ဝွက္နံပါတ္ကိုSMS ျဖင့္ ပို႔ေပးေသာေၾကာင့္

မည္သည့္မိုဘိုင္းလ္နံပါတ္ မဆို႐ုိက္ထည့္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

 If we choose "eLoad", the credit will be loaded directly to the mobile

number being entered. The mobile number must be from the operator

selected above.

“eLoad” ကိုေရြးလွ်င္ ထည့္သြင္းလိုက္ေသာမိုဘိုင္းလ္နံပါတ္သို႔ တိုက္႐ိုက္

ေငြျဖည့္ေပးေသာေၾကာင့္ ေရြးခ်ယ္ထားေသာေအာ္ပေရတာ၏ မိုဘိုင္းလ္နံပါတ္ျဖစ္ရန္

လိုအပ္ၿပီးအမွန္တကယ္ ေငြျဖည့္လိုေသာဖုန္းနံပါတ္ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။

 Choose Amount, Enter Mobile No and Tap TOPUP.

 “Amount” ကိုေရြး “ဖုန္းနံပါတ္” ကိုထည့္ၿပီး “TOPUP”ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

3.1 E-Services

 Tap “E-SERVICES” from Home Screen.

“E-SERVICES” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap “GIFTS” from “E-SERVICES”.

“GIFTS” ဂိမ္းႏွင့္အျခားကတ္မ်ားကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap “GIFTS” from “E-SERVICES”.

“GIFTS” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap the “SERVICES” you want to topup.

TOPUP လုပ္လိုေသာ “SERVICE” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Choose Amount and Enter Mobile No.

“ေငြပမာဏ” ကိုေရြးခ်ယ္ၿပီး “ဖုန္းနံပါတ္” ကို႐ိုက္ပါ။

 Tap “TOPUP”.

“TOPUP” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap “Confirm” .

“Confirm” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 If “PAYMENT DETAIL” is displayed on the screen, the task is completed.

“PAYMENT DETAIL” စာမ်က္ႏွာေပၚလာလွ်င္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈ ေအာင္ျမင္ပါသည္။

 SMS will be sent to the Mobile No. being entered.

႐ိုက္ထည့္ထားေသာ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ သို႔ SMS ေရာက္ရွိသြားပါမည္။

3.3.1 NearMe+

[အျခား Partner ၏ NearMe Appအတြက္ Balance ထပ္ျဖည့္ရန္]

 Tap “NearMe+ icon” from “REDEMPTION”.

“NearMe+” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Enter Partner Code and Amount to add balance.

ေငြျဖည့္သြင္းလိုေသာ Partner Code ႏွင့္Amount ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Enter “Notes”.

မွတ္စုတို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Tap “TOPUP”.

“TOPUP” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap “PAY”.

“PAY” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap “CONFIRM”.

“COMFIRM” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Balance will be added to the Agent being entered.

႐ိုက္ထည့္ထားေသာ Agent သို႔ Balance ေရာက္ရွိသြားပါမည္။

3.4 Pay Bills

 Tap “Pay Bills” icon from “E-SERVICES”.

“Pay Bills” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Choose Biller.

သက္တမ္းတိုးလိုေသာ “Biller” အမ်ိဳးအစားကိုေရြးပါ။

အတိုင္းလစဥ္ေၾကးေပးေဆာင္ပံုအဆင့္ဆင္)့

 Choose “Package Renewal”.

Payment Type တြင္ “Package Renewal” ကိုေရြးပါ။

 Enter “Card Number” and tap “Inquiry To Pay”.

Canal+ ကတ္နံပါတ္ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ၿပီး Inquiry To Pay ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။

ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ ႐ိုက္ထည့္ၿပီး Pay ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။

 If “PAYMENT DETAIL” is displayed on the screen, the task is completed.

“PAYMENT DETAIL”ေပၚလာလွ်င္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈ ေအာင္ျမင္ပါသည္။

 SMS will be sent to the Mobile No being entered.

႐ိုက္ထည့္ထားေသာ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ သို႔ SMS ေရာက္ရွိသြားပါမည္။

3.4.2 Steps for Canal Plus Package Upgrade (Canal PlusPackage

အသစ္ဝယ္ယူၿပီးသက္တမ္းတိုးပံုအဆင့္ဆင့္)

 Choose “Package Upgrade”.

Payment Type တြင္“Package Upgrade” ကိုေရြးပါ။

 Enter “Card Number” and tap “CHECK PACKAGE”.

Canal+ ကတ္နံပါတ္ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ၿပီး CHECK PACKAGE ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Enter “Card Number”.

Canal+ ကတ္နံပါတ္ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Choose “Package List” and “Duration” that you want to upgrade.

မိမိတိုးလိုေသာ Package အမ်ိဳးအစားႏွင့္ Package Duration ကိုေရြးပါ။

 Tap “Inquiry To Pay”.

Inquiry To Pay ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Enter “Mobile Number” and tap “Pay”.

ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ ႐ိုက္ထည့္ၿပီး Pay ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။

 If “PAYMENT DETAIL” is displayed on the screen, the task is completed.

PAYMENT DETAIL ေပၚလာလွ်င္ လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈေအာင္ျမင္ပါသည္။

 SMS will be sent to the Mobile No. being entered.

႐ိုက္ထည့္ထားေသာ ဖုန္းနံပါတ္ သို႔ SMS ေရာက္ရွိသြားပါမည္။

4. Scan

 Tap “SCAN” from Home Screen.

“SCAN” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Scan the QR Code.

QR Code ကို SCAN ဖတ္ပါ။

5. Reload Balance

 Tap “RELOAD BALANCE” from “Home Screen/Menu”.

Home/Menu မွ “RELOAD BALANCE” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

5.1 Reload Balance with 123

 Enter “Topup Amount”.

ျဖည့္သြင္းလိုေသာ“ပမာဏ” ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Tap “123 icon” from “Load Balance”.

Load Balance မွ “123 ” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Check the Amount and Tap “Confirm” in Confirm dialog.

Amount မွန္၊ မမွန္ စစ္ၿပီး မွ “Confirm” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Show “QR code” to our NearMe Partner shops.

နီးစပ္ရာ NearMe ၏ Partner ဆိုင္မ်ားတြင္ QR Code

ကိုျပၿပီးေငြျဖည့္သြင္းႏိုင္ပါသည္။

 Balance will be increased.

သင္၏ balanceတြင္ ေငြပမာဏတိုးလာပါလိမ့္မည္။

5.2 Reload Balance with MPU Card

 Enter Topup Amount.

Topup Amount ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Tap “MPU” icon.

“MPU” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Check the Amount.

Amount မွန္မမွန္ စစ္ပါ။

 Enter Card No and Expired Date.

Card No ႏွင့္ Expired Date ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Tap “GET OTP” button.

“GET OTP” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 OTP will be sent to your email.

သင္၏ email သို႔ OTP ေရာက္ရွိလာပါလိမ့္မည္။

 Enter OTP.

OTP ကို႐ိုက္ထည့္ပါ။

 Tap “CONFIRM PAYMENT”.

“CONFIRM PAYMENT” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Check the information in Payment result page and Tap “CONTINUE”.

အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကိုစစ္ေဆးၿပီး “CONTINUE” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Tap “CONTINUE” in success page.

Success page တြင္ “CONTINUE” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Balance will be increased.

သင္၏ balanceတြင္ ေငြပမာဏတိုးလာပါလိမ့္မည္။

5.3 Reload Balance with Near Me+

 Tap NearMe+ icon from “LOAD BALANCE” screen.

“LOAD BALANCE” screen မွ “NearMe+” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ

 Steps to load balance from NearMe+ will be displayed.

“NearMe+” ျဖင့္ေငြျဖည့္ရန္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားကိုေတြ႔ရပါလိမ့္မည္။

5.4 Reload Balance with Bank Account Transfer

 Tap “BANK” icon from “LOAD BALANCE” screen.

“LOAD BALANCE” screen မွ “BANK” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။

 Bank Account information will be displayed to transfer.

ေငြလႊဲရန္ ဘဏ္အေကာင့္ နံပါတ္ကိုေတြ႔ရပါလိမ့္မည္။

 Tap “Search” from History.

 Choose “From Date” and “To Date” in order to search transaction.

အေရာင္းစာရင္းရွာေဖြရန္ လိုအပ္ေသာရက္အပိုင္းအျခားကိုေရြးပါ။

 Choose Biller.

ရွာေဖြလိုေသာ Biller အမ်ိဳးအစားကိုေရြးပါ။

 Choose “From Amount” and “To Amount” for searching.

ရွာေဖြလိုေသာပမာဏအပိုင္းအျခားကိုေရြးပါ။

 Tap “CHANGE PASSWORD” from Menu.

“CHANGE PASSWORD” ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။
