• CLIMATE: The climate is warm and humid with


monthly temperatures varying from 91 °f (33 °c) in may
to 67 °f (19 °c) in January.

• CONNECTIVITY: It is connected to Mumbai Central


railway station-210 M away from the site.
The site is accessible in 2 min by vehicle and 5 min by walk.

• VEGETATION AROUND: Badal tree, Gul mohar tree,


Palm tree, Ashoka tree

• NEIGHBOURHOOD: Surrounded by heavy public


places like Residence, Small eateries, Post office,

• This is the MSRTC central Office.It majorly consist of a ticket


counter, an ATM, Bus announcement unit/information desk,
general food stores, restrooms etc.

• There are 6 platforms provided for buses in it and the above

schedules, and general inquiries.
• The terminal has information boards displaying bus schedules, routes,
and departure/arrival timings.

SUMMER TEMPERATURE RANGES FROM 28 °C TO 40 °C AND
AVERAGE WINTER TEMPERATURE RANGES FROM 4 °C TO 17 °C

THOROUGHLY ADDRESS EACH INDIVIDUAL ISSUES
SUCH AS: - OBSOLETE INFRASTRUCTURE- UNCLEAR
ORIENTATION- HAZARDOUS TRAFFIC DENSITY-
RAMPANT POPULATION- CONFUSING OVERLAPS
BETWEEN VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN FLOW.
• THE DESIGN PRIORITIZES EFFICIENCY AND ORDER,
PLACING FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING:
INDEPENDENCE OF ALL TRANSPORTATION FLOWS,
SPATIAL CONTINUITY AND INTERDEPENDENCE OF
ALL BUILDINGS, PROGRAMMATIC
FRAGMENTATION TO REDUCE THE EQUIPMENT’S
OVERALL SCALE, AND CREATION OF A VIBRANT,
GREEN PEDESTRIAN PATH LINKING THE MULTIPLE
INFRASTRUCTURAL COMPOUNDS.
