sea. Jericoacoara, Canoa Quebrada, Taíba, Paracuru, Morro Branco, Cumbuco, Flecheiras, Praia

the most part of the year which has made Ceará one of the best places in the world to
practice kite and wind surf. In the countryside, the hot and dry climate provides suitable

America and it is also located in Ceará.

Gastronomy
Glossy When it comes to gastronomy, there are delicious dishes that amaze the most demanding
Rosa sp. visitors. The dishes reflect remarkable traits from popular culture to the influence left by
colonizers. Fish and seafood are the flagship. Crab, shrimp and lobster are the tourist’s
preferred dishes which can be stewed, fried, baked or served in risottos.
From the countryside, there are: paçoca (beef mixed with yuca flour), the popular baião-de-
Ipanema dois (dish made of rice and beans), feijão verde (fresh green beans), sarrabulho, carneirada Colorful sand
