advertise their job listings on the website.

Strengths

Location-based targeting: Has a feature to target candidates based on their location,


showing them relevant job postings in their proximity

Employer Branding: For good reviews, the employees of a company can bring a perspective
from within the company itself, being offered as a premium package

Affordable packages: Its freemium-based package for small companies, as well as its more
complete ones aimed at medium, large, and enterprise organizations

Weaknesses

Hatred: A recent layoff or firing can prompt biased reviews from an employee

Reliability: Following the same principle, it is possible for users to lie regarding their
positions and salaries in the company when leaving commentaries on the platform

Sales model: It has a few services that are open to both work seekers and job providers, the
recruiters pay for the rest of their services and Integrated services are also available through
the Naukri app and website

Career management tools: It provides career management tools, resumes advice, work
posts, tips and feedback on resume, interviews, pay negotiations, etc. which leads to
efficient cost and time for employers to hire workers with a particular skill set

Human resource: The company has a large employee base and thus the organization is
incurring a high expense of sales force management. Also has a high turnover degree and
attrition rate
