Notes are easy to organize, print, and share, and you can search and find important information
quickly, even if you forget where you've originally captured it. Best of all, your notebooks are stored
online so you can easily get to them on any of your mobile devices.

Creating notes
You can directly type notes on the current page or get part of information from other application
and browser by selecting the information needed from it, then paste on your OneNote page.
Right-click on OneNote icon to set default action when next time you
click on it, or choose from the available action list.

1. Go to File tab, select Share category and then select Share with People.
2. Enter your colleague’s email address or select from address book, then select either Can edit
or Can view option.
3. Select (or not) the Require user to sign in before accessing document option.
4. Click Share.

1. Go to File tab, select Share category and then select Get a Sharing Link.
3. Copy the link and then share with your colleagues through any medium you want.

Important:
This feature allows all meeting participants to open your notebook and make changes.
1. Go to File tab, select Share category and then select Share with Meeting.
Note
Please use another method in Online Meeting and Whiteboard with Skype if the method above
is unsuccessful.
Like other Office 365 apps, OneNote Online ribbon tabs are lesser than the desktop version. The layout
is slightly different from desktop version. Each change is instantaneously saved and updated across all
devices.
