CHILI

Chili is the variety plant that grows well in many countries. Chili
is very popular and favorite in southeast Asia. Included in
Indonesia. This plant is included the type of fruit. This fruit is
also classified as vegetables and seasoning food. In many regions
it can be mandatory meal and it is considered high preciuos.

Chili has hot taste and it has many benefits to body. It has also
many variety of colour and size. They are red, green and orange
colour, also with the different spicy taste. Many varieties of chili.
They are chili pepper, cherry pepper, cayenne pepper, bird
pepper and paprika. Chili pepper is small chili. It’s very spicy.
In Indonesia it is to be dish of food, like fried food. Cherry
pepper has long about 2 – 3 cm. its colors is light red. Its shape
is inconsistent. Cayenne pepper is shape straight, with long 8
cm, its color is red. Bird pepper has long not more than 2 cm, it
color is copper, it’s excellent spicy. Usually, it is sold by fresh
and dry. Paprika has big shape. It has three colors, there are
yellow, green and red. It’s enough spicy but it has special aroma.
Usually, it is served as salad because of crispiness. Chili contains
vitamin C with to fill daily needs. In indonesia, chili is very
important, also it can found anywhere. There are many food
produced from chili. Especially in Padang, almost all kinds of
food produced from chili. Usually it may be used in sambal,
rendang and soon. Even in Thailand is called as the country
which has food produced of chili. In several country, such as
Korea, Japan, Malaysia, America, Mexico, and etc, foods which
contain of chili is very popular.
