• 3 ply yarn in desired • Sc- single crochet

• 7mm safety eyes. crochet
• Embroidery floss in • Dc- double

Head (using white yarn)~
R1: 6 sc into a magic circle. (6 sts)
R2: inc in each st around. (12 sts)
R3: (sc 1, inc in next st)- rep 6x. (18 sts)
R4: (sc 2, inc in next st)- rep 6x. (24 sts)
R5: (sc 3, inc in next st)- rep 6x. (30 sts)
R6: (sc 4, inc in next st)- rep 6x. (36 sts)
R7: (sc 5, inc in next st)- rep 6x. (42 sts)
R8-R15: sc 42. (8 rows total)
R16: (sc 5, dec)- rep 6x. (36 sts)
R17: (sc 4, dec)- rep 6x. (30 sts)
R18: (sc 3, dec)- rep 6x. (24 sts)
R19: (sc 2, dec)- rep 6x. (18 sts)
*Here, add the 7mm eyes between R11/R12 about 7 sts apart and stuff the head.*

R20: (sc 1, dec)- rep 6x. (12 sts)

R21: dec - rep 6x. (6 sts)
*Fasten off, add a little more stuffing, and sew the hole closed.*

Carrot Nose (using orange yarn)~
R1: 6 sc into a magic circle. (6 sts)
R2: sc 6. (1 row total)
R3: sc 1, inc in next st- rep 3x. (9 sts)
R4: sc 9. (1 row total)
R5: sc 2, inc in next st- rep 3x. (12 sts)
*Fasten off, leave a long tail for sewing. Stuff the nose and sew it in between the eyes with
about 1-2 sts on both sides.*

Hat (using red yarn)-
R1: 6 sc into a magic circle. (6 sts)
R2: inc in each st around. (12 sts)
R3: sc 1, inc in next st- rep 6x. (18 sts)
R4: sc 2, inc in next st- rep 6x. (24 sts)
R5: BLO sc 24. (1 row total).
R6-7: sc 24. (2 rows total)
R8: sc 2, dec- rep 6x. (18 sts)
R9-R10: sc 18. (2 rows total)
*Using embroidery floss, embroider a stripe on R9.*

R11: FLO (sc 2, inc in next st)- rep 6x. (24 sts)
R12: sc 3, inc in next st- rep 6x. (30 sts)
R13: crab st sc in each st around. (30 sts)
*Fasten off, leave a long tail for sewing. Sew the hat onto the top, side of the head using the
BLO left from R11.*

Hanger (using twine)~
*Thread your yarn needle with the twine, insert it into
the magic circle and come out 2 sts above where you
inserted your needle. Tie a knot and now you have a
hanger! See photo for reference.*
