ORDER :
In the reference 5th cited orders were issued providing time up to 10-02-2011
to make any representations in all cases where (5) years time limitation period is
over from the date of promotion of junior for rectification of pay anomalies. It was
further ordered therein that under no circumstances the representations received
after 10-02-2011 shall be allowed. Further in the reference 6 th cited, orders were
issued to give one time exemption and give time up to 31-03-2013 to make any
representations in all cases where 5 years limited period is over and further ordered
that under no circumstances the representations received after 31-03-2013 shall be
allowed.
2. However representation have been received for providing one time

exemption one more time duly allowing the employees for making representations
for rectification of pay anomaly on par with their juniors in all cases where 5 years
limit period is over.
3. After careful examination, the Northern Power Distribution Company of

Telangana Limited hereby accords permission on one time basis for submission of
representations, in those cases where 5 years limited period is over, through proper
channel by 31-10-2015. The representations received beyond the said date will not
be taken to consideration.
4. The functional heads and the Superintending Engineers/ Opn. are directed to
submit the representations of the employees with proper scrutiny, recommendation
of the competent authority and justification, to this office by 31-10-2015.

4. The functional heads and the Superintending Engineers/ Opn. are directed to
submit the representations of the employees with proper scrutiny, recommendation
of the competent authority and justification, to this office by 31-10-2015.
5. Mere submission of representation does not confer any legal right to the
employee for rectification of his pay on par with his/her junior. The Board will review
the representations on case to case basis and the decision taken by the Board is
final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
6. The Superintending Engineers/ Opn., Divisional Engineers and functional

heads of TSNPDCL are directed to take necessary action accordingly. They are
further directed to communicate the copy of these orders to all the employees
working under their jurisdiction to enable them to submit their representations with
the stipulated time.
