This poster presentation examines the relationship between the Psychosomatic Classification method and the Rorschach Test with respect to diagnosing psychosomatic disorders and measuring mentalization. A sample of 120 infertile female patients were evaluated using these two tools, and a statistical analysis found a good correlation between the results, indicating the tools reliably measure mentalization and risk of psychosomatic disorders. Higher mentalization was also found to increase chances of successful pregnancy through assisted reproduction techniques.
