    CUSTOMER, its agents, representatives or employees, agrees and expressly certifies that:

    b. Any individual or entity appearing on the relevant denied party list (e.g., http://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/the-denied-persons-
    list or http://eeas.europa.eu/cfsp/sanctions/consol-list/index_en.htm); or
    c. Any of the following end uses, including the development thereof: (i) nuclear facilities not licensed by the relevant governmental
    authority; (ii) chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons; (iii) rocket, missile or unmanned aircraft systems; (iv) or terrorist activities.
    2. It has met and satisfied all other applicable export licensing requirements prior to export or re-export of the good sold hereunder
    and, if requested by us, will provide a copy of all necessary export licenses prior to exporting or re-exporting the goods.
    3. It has appropriate policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with the foregoing.

    Any material omissions, misrepresentations, or misstatements by CUSTOMER in connection with the above certifications are grounds
    for further action, including but not limited to, cancellation of orders, denial of future business, and appropriate legal action and
    reporting to the appropriate authorities.
