JOB SUMMARY
CMA Healthcare Complex employee works under the general supervision of their manager or
supervisor and may assist in the training of junior and new joining staff. Under supervision,
the employee is able to complete competency based training checklists to maintain. The
incumbent may teach advanced skills while maintaining efficient and friendly customer
service. Unusual circumstances or problems are referred to senior staff.
1. Daily Responsibilities:
Champion Observational Coaching Routines for the Medical Complex and
provide effective feedback to Centre management teams and employees to
reinforce importance of “client top of mind” at all times
Provided access to facilities and enforce visiting regulations. Ensured that only
scheduled personnel are in the area at any given time
Ensured assigned facility complied with building, safety, and health codes and
standards.
Assisted in developing and implementing divisional operating policies, standards, and
procedures.
Developed the best team and invests in their growth.
Monitor cleaning duties as assigned by management.
Properly documented scheduled checks (sign charts, make note of problems, and root
cause analysis of them).
Be responsible for operational risk for the complex and management team to take
appropriate action to close gaps identified
Ensure complex employees adhere to safety and risk management policies and
procedures
Customer service feedback (internal or external customers)
The incumbent will maintain patient confidentiality at all times and will ensure the comfort
and safety of patients. The incumbent will communicate patient problems to the clinical staff
including clarification of orders and patient status. The incumbent will work closely with
management or lead staff to resolve problems.
Organizational skill and ability to prioritize the tasks is essential to successful performance.
Attention to detail and reliability are required to ensure proper functionality of complex. Good
communication skills are required during interaction with clinical staff and physicians.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business Administration or
related field

Tolerance to an acute care setting
Respond to questions from doctors, nurses,
and patients in a timely manner.
Ensure all departments comply with the
Required Skills, Knowledge, and current healthcare laws and regulations.
Abilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
and medical terminology
Knowledge of safety practices
Problem-solver with good time-management
abilities.
Proven experience with administrative and
accounting processes is a bonus.
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to details
Demonstrated skill with HIMS
