    CHAPTER 1
    Manager : “Can you say your name again?”
    Tina : “Tina Sulaeman.”
    Manager : “Address?”
    Tina : “Jalan Sawo thirteen, Kebayoran Baru.”
    Manager : “Latest education?”
    Tina : “Law. I graduated from the Faculty of law.”

    CHAPTER II
    Anita : “There is a vacancy in today’s daily.”
    Dina : “What job is offered?”
    Anita : “A part time chef in a Chinese restaurant in Jakarta Hotel.”
    Dina : “I would apply for the job.”
    Anita : “There is another vacancy: a waitress in an Italian restaurant.”
    Dina : “I see. Thank you for the information.”

    CHAPTER III
    Hayati Hutabarat says that she has downright satisfaction from her position in the company. But
    what about some other things in life. There are still important for many women to have things
    like marriage and children. Does Hayati regret for not having time for these things?

    CHAPTER IV
    Farmer in Lampung and West Java are likely to face difficulties with rice harvest in the next two
    month because hundreds of thousands of hectare rice field have been under threat from a long
    drought. Therefore, the government has started worrying the two provinces.
    CHAPTER V
    A supporter of the national education bill display a sign reading “Endorse the national education
    bill right now” to every motorist passing the back gate of the House of Representatives
    compound in Senayan, Central Jakarta. Thousands of members from Islamic groups gathered
    outside the compound on Thuesday demanding that the bill be endorsed.

    CHAPTER VI
    How to Make Bregedel Tempe
    The Ingredients:
     150 gram tempe
     1 tablespoon flour
     1 egg
     1 spoon royco
     1 cup vegetables oil for friying
    Here are the instructions:
    1. Mash the tempe with a fork.
    2. Put the mashed tempe in a bowl and mix with the flour and Royco, followed by an egg.
    3. Shape the tempe into the size of a golf ball and flatten a little with a fork
    4. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium flame. When the oil is hot, drop the tempe into the oil,
    five or six at a time.
    5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, drain an absorbent paper and serve hot with chili an
    sauce.

    CHAPTER VII
    Conditional Sentence
    Conditional Sentence merupakan kalimat majemuk yang berisikan kondisi mengenai sebuah
    pengandaian, imajinasi, atau suatu keadaan yang belum terjadi.
    Bentuk Conditional Sentence adalah “ if clause + main clause”. If clause merupakan bagian dari
    kalimat pengandaian. Main clause berisi konsekuasi atau akibat dari pengandaian sebelumnya.

    CHAPTER VIII
    Tipe-Tipe Conditional Sentence
    1. Conditional Sentence Type 1
    Merupakan bentuk kalimat pengandaian yang digunakan ketika hasil atau konsekuensi
    memiliki kemungkinan terjadi di masa depan
    Rumus: if + simple present, simple future “will” / imperative
    Example: if I meet him, I will introduce myself.
    CHAPTER IX-X
    2. Conditional Sentence Type 2
    Merupakan tipe kalimat pengandaian yang digunakan ketika hasil atau konsekuensi
    hanya memiliki harapan terwujud walaupun kemungkinan nya sangat kecil
    Rumus: if + simple past/ were, would/ could/ might + bare infinitive.
    Example: if I owned a zoo, I might let people interact with the animals more

    CHAPTER X1-XII
    3. Conditional Sentence type 3
    Merupakan sebuah kalimat pengandaian ketika sebuah kondisi tidak terwujud sama sekali
    Rumus: if + past perfect, would/ should/ could/ migh + have + past participle
    Example: we migh have gone to South America if she had not been pregnant.
