    AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

    I, _____________________________, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and with


    residence and postal address at _____________________________, after being duly sworn to in
    accordance with law depose and say:

    1. That, I am the ______________________________________________________

    2. That, he already paid the total selling price of __________________________________;

    3. That, I hereby undertake that within the period of four (4) months from ___________ or
    until ___________________, the subject property was already transferred under my
    name;

    4. That, at the moment, I together with my co-heirs will execute Extrajudicial Settlement
    with Waiver of Rights in my favor involving the subject property;

    5. That I also hereby undertake that I will deliver the duly executed and notarized Special
    Power of Attorney of my wife in my favor involving the mortgage of the property above-
    mentioned;

    6. That upon transfer of ownership and land title under my name within four (4) months
    above-mentioned, I shall sign and execute a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE for the
    purchased property in favor of RUBEN BORNEL, JR., I shall similarly execute and
    deliver any all documents, including the owner’s original copy of Transfer Certificate of
    Title of the subject property, Tax Declaration and all other documents necessary for the
    transfer of ownership to RUBEN BORNEL, JR., moreover, the possession to the subject
    property shall be delivered to the RUBEN BORNEL, JR.;

    7. That I have read, understood and have agreed to abide entirely with the conditions set
    forth herein and I have caused this instrument to be executed voluntarily without force or
    intimidation on my part;

    8. That I am executing this Affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the above facts for legal
    intents and purposes it may serve.
