USER GUIDE FOR INTERNAL USE

OF D.M.S.O.
Telegram Canal: DMSO https://t.me/DMSO_pour_TOUS Version 1 / 2022-09-29 fifo
This user guide* was created for you, my blood family and
family, in order to save you some
unfortunate mistakes...
and facilitate the internal use of this magnificent remedy that is
DMSO.
*This User's Guide is a compilation of several books written by doctors or groups of doctors
(five of which are in the DMSO for All Channel's library on Telegram), of a long search in the
great library that is the Internet, of clinical trials, of feedback, of my reflections, of my
deductions as well as of my personal practice. This User's Guide was not written to
encourage or influence you to take DMSO internally... but just to inform you how to absorb
it, safely if you have already made that choice!

For the record, remember that I am not a doctor, pharmacist, pharmacologist or

chemist and I am not a member of the medical profession. I am only here to tell
you about my experience and my practice.

Brief summary of what DMSO is

DMSO or dimethyl sulfoxide.

DMSO is a sulfur-containing organic solvent produced by the wood industry. It

is a derivative of wood pulp which is used in the manufacture of kraft paper.
This solvent has a very low level of toxicity on human and animal species. It
is called "Universal Solvent".
DMSO is manufactured in four different grades: industrial, veterinary,
pharmaceutical and medical (reserved for hospitals). In order to avoid any
chemical residues, it is preferable to use the pharmaceutical version. The
pharmaceutical grade is odorless and colorless and is certified by the
European Pharmacopoeia under the abbreviation Ph. Eur. Industrial grades of
DMSO, which contain DMS, have an unpleasant smell.

DMSO is a colorless, almost odorless liquid (depending on its quality), highly

hygroscopic (it absorbs moisture from the air). It is therefore useful to always
keep an eye on the closure of the stopper and your bottle.

4
The absence of DMSO toxicity 1/2
For those who think that DMSO can only be used externally, wait until you discover
its full power in your body when used internally ....

"DMSO is beneficial for over 300 conditions and is safe to use. DMSO is known to be
one of the least toxic substances in biology" (Parcell, 2002).

Dr. Gabriela Segura, cardiac surgeon explains that "DMSO is one of the most
natural and non-toxic ways to help your body do what it needs to do.”
It is nontoxic even after oral administration of 3 g/kg body weight for 18 months
(Jacob 1984, personal communication). Caution, those who received this
excessive dosage were under intensive medical supervision....

One might think that a compound with so many uses and supposed benefits would
automatically arouse suspicion, but a close examination of its properties sheds
light on this amazing substance.

5
The absence of DMSO toxicity 2/2
Even in the case of long-term treatment, there is obviously no accumulation
of DMSO in the body. Indeed, about 30% of the absorbed DMSO is
eliminated in urine, stool and perspiration.

"One study concluded that no significant adverse effects of DMSO administration,

either short- or long-term, were observed after a very thorough toxicology study was
performed. Minor side effects of DMSO administered daily included skin irritation
(external application), nausea, sedation, and diarrhea, which resolved after DMSO
administration was discontinued. DMSO, given at a dose 3 to 30 times the usual
human treatment dose, appeared to be a relatively safe drug" (Stanley W. Jacob).

DMSO is a holistic concept that brings all cellular body functions back to normal!

6
DMSO COMPATIBILITY TEST
BEFORE TAKING 70% DMSO orally!
Perform a tolerance test
This is done by applying a 70% DMSO solution to clean skin, in the
inner fold of the elbow. To do this, we use a bamboo cotton swab.

This area is observed for at least one day.

In case of persistent allergic reactions, e.g. almost immediate

formation of papules, pustules or blisters, or if the redness clearly
exceeds the area of application, if pain occurs in the liver area or
other unpleasant phenomena, then it is advisable not to use DMSO!

7
Properties of DMSO 1/4
It appears that DMSO may address the disease itself rather than its
only symptoms...

It is good to remember that DMSO is not a miracle cure, but it has many
properties. Indeed, it has a wide spectrum of action and its capacities are vast
and phenomenal. There are practically no limits to the use of DMSO (see p 26
and 27 "contraindications").

As a powerful chelator, DMSO contributes to the detoxification of heavy metals

in the human or animal body. Indeed, sulfur binds to toxic heavy metals
(mercury, lead, aluminum, cadmium, arsenic, nickel) and other toxins and
eliminates them through urine, defecation and sweat.

DMSO is a non-narcotic analgesic/antalgic (blocks pain), a powerful anti-

inflammatory and anti-arthritic (reduces inflammation), a decongestant, and
an antipyretic (helps fight fever).

8
Properties of DMSO 2/4
As it is bacteriostatic (able to inhibit the multiplication of bacteria without killing
them), it fights viral and fungal infections; it is also germicidal (able to kill certain
germs), it inhibits the growth of pathogenic micro-organisms.

DMSO combined with certain substances, by topical or oral route, amplifies their
action (allowing them to reach directly the cells and thus to reinforce their action
(example: in combination with DMSO, the effects of cortisone are multiplied by 10).

Regenerator (helps cells regenerate), anticoagulant (prevents thrombosis in blood

vessels), has a vasodilator action (dilates blood vessels), oxygenating (improves
oxygen saturation of tissues), anti-anemic (useful against anemia), it has a specific
effect on cardiac contractility (reducing the workload of the heart). Note also its
antiemetic (antivomiting) action.

DMSO supports the immune system. It plays an important role in its regulation,
acting as a brake against inflammation in the body. It also has an
immunomodulatory effect.

9
Properties of DMSO 3/4
DMSO accelerates wound healing (open or surgical wounds, internal or external wounds). It
also has a collagenase-like activity (smoothing of old or recent scars, by loosening or
dissolving collagen tissue), calms the central nervous system, diuretic (increases urine
production and elimination, helps reduce fluid retention) and muscle relaxant (relaxes
muscles).

DMSO has radio-protective properties against the lethal and mutagenic effects of X-rays on
cellular systems, it is also cryoprotective (cell protector; against frostbite, it protects injured
tissues, in order to avoid cell death). DMSO also has the particularity to regulate
cholesterol. Here are some more properties of DMSO: it is anti-sclerotic, it increases the
intensity of respiration, it regulates the life cycle of cells (cell division and apoptosis), it
influences the permeability of tissues and fights against hypertension.

DMSO as a channel opener allows to reach spaces that are otherwise difficult to access,
such as joint capsules, bone marrow or adipose tissue.

It can also cross the blood-brain barrier.

10
Properties of DMSO 4/4
DMSO stimulates concentration, has a calming effect on the mind and relaxes the
whole body. It has been observed an attenuation of allergic reactions, when taking
DMSO repeatedly. It has a parasympatholytic effect (stopping the release of
cholinesterase: which promotes the transmission of nerve impulses, responsible for
learning and memory).

This "global healing effect" of DMSO is unique and can be rightly considered a
superior therapeutic principle, a singularity among all substances used for
therapeutic purposes. DMSO has many other important therapeutic properties,
including cardiovascular, neurological, macrophage stimulation, free radical
neutralization, and interferon production.

Do not inhale DMSO, as it is irritating to mucous membranes and does not appear to
has yet to be tested by inhalation.

Contraindications to DMSO1/2
Pregnancy and lactation: There are not enough reliable information on the safety of
DMSO in pregnancy and lactation.

DMSO should not be administered when many medications are taken for chronic diseases.
The reinforcing effect of DMSO could lead to drug overdoses (see pages 30 and 31).

Methionine metabolism disorders: DMSO is contraindicated in

(Very rare) cases of excessive blood levels of an amino acid called methionine.

People allergic to sulfur.

DMSO enemas are strongly discouraged.

Alcohol and DMSO are incompatible.

28
Contraindications to DMSO2/2

Dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO, being mainly metabolized by the

It may not be recommended for people with kidney and liver
problems. Do the compatibility test (see page 7).

The medical literature on DMSO also provides a serious warning for

people with malignant stomach tumors. DMSO appears to be highly
incompatible with this condition.

29
DEUR C RP RELLE
THE PRICE TO PAY! JUST FOR SOME, NOT FOR ALL ...
Only 1% of the absorbed DMSO will be broken down in the body (human or animal) into
dimethyl sulfide gas (DMS). Unfortunately, this sulfide is identified by humans as an
unpleasant odor. Our nose will recognize and identify this odor at best, as a fish, seafood, or
garlic odor, at worst as a rotten egg odor!!! This odor, which is released as a gas from the
lungs, is transmitted through the exhaled air, so bad breath (halitosis) can be one of the side
effects of DMSO.

Why only in some and not in all? It seems that the extent of odor development depends on
the initial physical situation of the person. The more intoxicated or sick the body is, the
more important the smell is.

Nevertheless, a clear decrease in the evolution of DMS, and thus of the unpleasant body
odor, was observed when the organism gradually recovered, thanks to the oral intake of
70% DMSO.

30
DMSO COMPATIBILITY
with medication 1/2
Warning. DMSO must be used with caution, because of its great capacity to transport
("channel opener") and to amplify all the effects, both positive and negative, of the
different drug substances absorbed. But also, to amplify the effects of other substances
such as vitamins, CDS, MMS, etc... It is therefore prudent to start taking 70% DMSO
orally, in small quantities.

This "sliding rail" effect allows DMSO to transport various drugs across the body's
membranes.

Never forget that DMSO increases the effects of drugs such as anticoagulants,
steroids, heart medications, sedatives. According to the current state of knowledge,
DMSO also reinforces the action of corticoids (cortisone), opiates (morphine),
anaesthetics, antibiotics, antiviral agents, analgesics, insulin, but also alcohol.

In the case of simultaneous use of DMSO/Drugs, the latter cannot be used for the
following purposes
be carried out only within the framework of a rigorous medical follow-up.

31
COMPATIBILITY OF DMSO with drugs 2/2
Precaution for use: In case of general or local anesthesia, stop using 70% DMSO three days
before any intervention!

Various drugs are dissolved in DMSO and can enter the body without being taken orally or injected, which
opens a new route of administration using the transdermal aspect of DMSO.

32
How long does DMSO take orally?
What are the long-term risks of taking DMSO
for several years?

No double-blind studies on this use have been performed. However, many people have been
using DMSO for more than 40 years without any observed side effects or extreme toxic
reactions.

However, it may be wise to remember that it may be worthwhile to do regular

"Therapeutic windows" (pause in the intake of a product), in order to let the body heal itself,
without any crutch.

At the beginning, you can use 70% DMSO in a "cure", the duration of which will be related to
the chronicity and severity of your disease. Then, stop your daily use of 70% DMSO, see how
your body reacts and how it adapts to the absence of 70% DMSO.

"Does long-term use of DMSO increase human life expectancy? We don't know for sure, but the
answer is probably yes. DMSO is a powerful free radical scavenger, and free radicals contribute
to the aging process. So, there is evidence that regular use of DMSO can actually extend the life
of the average person”. Harchie H. Scott
33
CDS AND DMSO at 70% in combination
The combination of the two products CDS and DMSO at 70%, is extremely efficient,
achieving much higher levels of efficiency than with any one of these products.
But taken individually, each is a remedy in its own right!

Two possibilities of association

It is not recommended to mix your 70% DMSO and your CDS in the preparation of your
"day bottle" of CDS. Indeed, as the hours go by, the 70% DMSO will partially annihilate
the power of your CDS (see protocol O, by Doctor Andréas Kalcker, for eye drops,
where the two products are mixed in the same container and which can only be kept
for three days...)

It is possible to take CDS with 70% DMSO mixed together, if your intake is immediate. If
your hourly CDS intake is by the glass, you can then add to your glass of CDS the few
drops of 70% DMSO, this requires you to calculate your daily dosage of 70% DMSO,
divided into the number of times you take a glass of CDS during the day. Be careful
with your 70% DMSO distribution, so as not to overdose.

The method I preferred was to take my dose of 70% DMSO half an hour before my first
daily dose of CDS.

DILUTION OF DMSO BEFORE ABSORPTION

useful material

+ +

99.99% Amber glass bottle Syringe Demineralized

Ph.Eur. with medical quality cap, from or distilled
DMSO glass pipette and silicon 30 to 100 ml water
Quality teat
From 30 to 120 ml
35
99.9% DMSO dilution 2/2

99.9% DMSO should never be absorbed pure

the dilution of DMSO to 70% is easy to achieve

Example: I want to make 100ml of 70% DMSO.

1°) I take in the syringe (or pour in a glass beaker) 70 ml of pure DMSO
(99.9%), which I pour in my amber bottle.

2°) I take in the syringe (or pour in a glass beaker) 30 ml of demineralized or

distilled water, which I pour in my amber bottle.

3°) The mixing of the two liquids will create a heat reaction (exothermic). I wait
for it to cool down.

4°) My 70% DMSO solution is ready to be used orally, diluted in a large

quantity of liquid
(water, fruit or vegetable juice, etc.).
(see dosage pages 41 to 46). 35
Detoxification effects of 70% DMSO
in internal use 1/2

In fact, the adverse effects of 70% DMSO can be considered detoxification (or body
cleansing) effects. "Adverse" reactions are common, even without being overdosed with
70% DMSO. It seems that these side effects, if they exist, are only experienced during the
first few weeks of taking 70% DMSO, or when the daily dosage is increased too quickly.

Usual effects: increased salivation; increased mucus; mild transient dizziness; more
frequent and darker urine; foul-smelling flatulence; fatigue; mild head
pressure; nausea; abdominal pain; accelerated transit; dizziness;
halitosis.

36
Adverse effects of 70%DMSO
for internal use 2/2
Despite these low cleaning effects, repeated use of 70% DMSO is generally
accepted because of the high therapeutic benefits associated with it.

In the case of undesirable effects that are difficult for you to bear, you can
either suspend your intake of 70% DMSO for a few days (2 to 3 days), or
take it every other day, or return to the previous dosage (see page 40).

CAUTION. Be careful with the dosage. In fact, oral doses of 70% DMSO,
combined with external applications (on a large body surface) are
cumulative...

37
"Desirable Effects"
70% DMSO for internal use
Beyond the medical aspects for which 70% DMSO is originally absorbed, here are
some common points in the "desirable effects" felt and experienced by several
people, whom I took the time to interview.

Possible effects: deeper sleep, better concentration, clarity of mind, improved

mood, more "awake", increased dynamism, less fatigue,
improved morale, lightness of the legs, deflated ankles, less
stiffness in the body, lung amplitude, greater mobility, better
digestion and transit, increase in transit; regained suppleness,
"no longer hurts anywhere", more spirit, regained sexual vigor;
visual acuity for some; more alert, increased memory; more
balanced; bones joints consolidation/strengthening; hair growth;

38
Oral intake of 70% DMSO 1/12
DMSO must never be absorbed pure!

For the first oral intake of 70% DMSO, one must take into account its long half-life
in the body (up to three days), and repeated intakes, so that adverse effects, if any,
would not appear until after three or four days.

When using 70% DMSO, which has great chelating power, we may experience
detoxification symptoms (pathogenic elimination reaction, called Herxheimer
crisis, or healing reactions).

It is therefore wise to start the first doses with a small amount of 70% DMSO. As
soon as you notice a good tolerance and an improvement of your symptoms, you
should continue with 70% DMSO for a few more weeks. If the painful symptoms
persist, the dose of 70% DMSO should be increased in stages, slowly. This gradual
increase often avoids Herx attacks.

39
Oral intake of 70% DMSO 2/12
In case of an intense elimination crisis (Herx crisis), you can suspend your daily intake of
70% DMSO for two to three days, then resume by spacing your intake by 24 hours. On
Monday I take 70% DMSO, on Tuesday I abstain, on Wednesday I resume my 70%
DMSO etc... Or, at the beginning, you can use 70% DMSO the first six days of the week
and stop taking it on Sunday. Or you can go back to the previous dosage that did not
cause you any side effects.

Be reassured, these effects, if they are felt, last only a few days, your body will soon
start to recover and heal thanks to the 70% DMSO.

The daily dose, i.e. the total daily amount of DMSO that has been administered in
clinical trials, has always been given according to body weight: from about 0.05 grams
(zero point zero five grams) to 1 gram of DMSO per kilogram of body weight. The dose
of 1 gram per kilo of body weight seems to me to be very excessive and reserved for
people with very serious pathologies, and must be done under medical supervision.
Personally, I do not recommend these dosages...

In this User's Guide, only 70% diluted DMSO will be used!

of body weight

Example: person weighing 60 kilos x 0.05 grams of 70% DMSO =

3 grams per day for the first few days. Slowly increase in
increments to reach a daily dose of 0.1 grams (zero, one gram)
per kilo/weight.

0.1 gram (zero, one gram) of 70% DMSO per kilo

of body weight.

Example: a person weighing 55 kilos x 0.1 grams of 70% DMSO = 5.5

grams per day. Slowly increase in increments to reach the 0.5 grams
(zero, five grams) daily dose that is right for you, staying well below
the
1 gram per kilo of body weight per day.
45
Daily dosage in grams or milliliters for PROTOCOL - 3 -
ONLY FOR HEAVY PATHOLOGIES 8/12

46
Oral intake of 70% DMSO, how to proceed? 9/12

Determine your choice of protocol according to your sensitivity and/or pathology

-Safety Protocols; Basic; Heavy Pathologies-.

Determine your weight in the selected protocol.

Equip yourself with:

- your amber glass bottle containing your 70% diluted DMSO.
- a precision balance and a small container holding 70% DMSO.
- a medical syringe (purchased from a pharmacy or a site selling medical equipment).
- a glass pipette, with the silicone teat.

Prepare your scale, your container, take a few milliliters from your bottle of 70% DMSO and pour drop by
drop, in your small container, the amount you need for your dose.

Pour the weighed amount of 70% DMSO into a glass, mix with the chosen liquid and drink
quickly your daily intake.

At the beginning, this system seems very daunting, but as you take more and more doses and as you get
used to it, you may not need to weigh anymore. You will then take your doses directly with a pipette or a
syringe.

Sorry for the very academic side of this page...

47
Oral intake of 70% DMSO 10/12
Summary: It is possible to start the oral intake of 70% DMSO at 0.01 grams, and to
slowly increase in stages. Be careful and increase slowly over several weeks as you
progress through the Protocols to arrive at 0.1 gram, per kilo of body weight.

It is your body's reaction, and only your body's reaction, that determines the change
in dosage. Some time later, move to the 0.5 gram dose. This gradual increase in dosage
can be done over several weeks, and thus avoid the detoxification crisis and its
discomforts.

The first oral doses of 70% DMSO should be taken as a single dose per day. When a
good tolerance is observed, the dosage is slowly increased (see tables above) and then
the daily dose is divided into two doses; the first one in the morning (with or without
an empty stomach), the second one 1h30 to 2 hours before bedtime (DMSO being
diuretic). During the first doses, it is preferable to leave a dozen hours between the first
and the second daily dose.

For people who will approach the dosages beyond 20 grams (normally reserved for
heavy pathologies...), in order to avoid an irritation of the pharynx, it is then necessary
not to divide its daily dose, in two, but in three doses!
48
Oral intake of 70% DMSO 11/12
Water and DMSO are attracted to each other. Scientists call it a "molecular love
match". In order to allow the 70% DMSO to circulate and function properly in the
body, it is always recommended to drink enough water during and between doses
of 70% DMSO.

DMSO has a bitter taste. DMSO being heavier (dense) than water, it will always fall
to the bottom of the glass. It is therefore recommended to put the 70% DMSO at
the bottom of the glass first, add your liquid and drink immediately.

70% DMSO can be mixed with water, tea, fruit juice, juice of
vegetable, "strong" tea, or smoothies, etc.

!!! Never use a plastic spoon!!!

Oral 70% DMSO should be taken with at least 200 ml of liquid (water or juice). If
the oral 70% DMSO is not mixed with enough liquid, it could cause dehydration
in the digestive tract!

49
Oral intake of 70% DMSO 12/12

For the record, DMSO is a solvent! It may be advisable for people with dental
sensitivities or a lot of dental work in the mouth, to absorb their daily doses of
70% DMSO with a clear glass straw or even a silicone straw (not a plastic one...).

During your 70% DMSO "cure", remember to drink two to three extra glasses of
water daily.

50
Conclusion
DMSO entered into my life in the summer of 2021. Yet confined beyond our
borders for decades, I still don't know how I got it! Despite many efforts and a
relentless fight, I can't get rid of it and I will, little by little, contaminate
everyone around me. Maybe I am Patient Zero?

Dimethyl sulfoxide DMSO, its name makes more than one tremble. In the
winter of 2021, a French amateur filmmaker finally manages to film it... The
confidential diffusion of this video will, in turn, "infect" more and more
people. Be careful, its contamination can also be through a simple visual. At
the first contact and in a few minutes, you risk to fall under its influence. It
will then be impossible for you to get rid of it from your life, so effective it is.
The epidemic starts and spreads in all French-speaking countries. I don't know
if because of him, we will go from an epidemic to a pandemic...
What I know for a fact is that for "infected people" we will have to learn to live
with it! fifo
