MEMORANDUM
III. SITUATION
At about February 23, 2023, 1:45 PM, the Station Tactical Operation
Center (STOC) received a telephone call from a concerned citizen about a robbery
hold up incident that transpired at Caltex Gasoline Station along M. Naval Street,
Barangay Daanghari, Navotas City.
V. AREA OF OPERATION
On the given time and date, the Station Tactical Operation Center (STOC)
received a telephone call from a concerned citizen, named as Jomay Pagado,
regarding robbery in progress transpired at the Caltex Gasoline Station along M.
Naval Street, Brgy Daanghari, Navotas City.
Upon receipt of the report, the duty STOC immediately dispatched the
nearby mobile patrolling personnel of Sub- Station 2 to check the veracity of the said
event. Likewise directed the other sub-stations to establish a dragnet operation within
their respective jurisdiction.
At about 1: 49 PM, mobile patrolling personnel on board at mobile 647,
PSSg J Rossilini O Lorenzo, PCpl Christian Rafael M Jano and Pat Javy Q Lopez
immediately responded and verified the incident happened. Upon arrival at the scene,
witnesses and by- standers described the suspect armed with bladed weapon and
declared robbery to the gas pump attendant. They described that a male suspect was
onboard in Toyota Vios White vehicle bearing plate number SLB-238 and flew
towards the direction going to Barangay San Roque.
About 1:52 PM responding mobile crew informed the STOC about the
details that was obtained and relayed the descriptions to other monitoring unit on
established dragnet operation.
At about 2:25 PM, established checkpoint (dragnet operation) at one of
the entry and exit points along Brgy Navotas East and noticed the subject vehicle
passed along Cardonica St, Brgy Navotas West. It was then collared by responding
SS3 mobile personnel and SWAT Team. It was apprehended by PCpl Rechelito
Cutab, Pat Diosado Abalos and Pat Joseph Dominic Abella that was on board with
mobile 907 and assisted by the quick response team SWAT personnel on board
with mobile 211.
At around 2:27 PM, same date, the Simulation Exercise was terminated
with a fruitful results.
