    CO-OPERATIVE PLACEMENT 3

    ASSIGNMENT (50%)

    SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

    1. Due date for this assignment is stated below:


    May-June COOP: 15th of June 2023 before 5 pm.
    July-August COOP: 10th of August 2023 before 5 pm.
    2. Assignment should be submitted in softcopy/hard copy format. Students, who did two Co-Op,
    should submit 2 assignments and also 2 Student Evaluation Forms.
    3. Both assignment and Student Evaluation should be stated clearly the term of particular Co-Op
    (i.e. year 1, year 2 or year 3).
    4. Assignment should be submitted to FBM counter at the stated time above, by signing the
    submission list. Meanwhile, Student Evaluation should be submitted to Ms. Noramira (FBM)
    not to faculty.
    5. You need to include with your assignment a cover page, stating your name, student ID.
    6. Due date of the Employer Evaluation is 12th of July (for May-June COOP) & 10th of Sept 2023
    (for July-August COOP).
    7. LATE SUBMISSION of ASSIGNMENT and EMPLOYER EVALIATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE and
    STUDENTS WILL GET A ZERO (0).
    8. If student wish to have late submission, it requires approval from Co-Op Coordinator in
    advance and should be attached with a valid, strong and acceptable reason.
    9. For inquiry regarding Co-Op, do not hesitate to contact Dr. Wong Hoong Sang (Co-Op

    10. The consequences of not following this guideline will be on student side.
    11. Any updated notice will be notify through LMS/CN announcements.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Answer all questions. Your response must be based on your work experience in the organization
    where you underwent internship. Your answer should not exceed 3,500 words.

    Questions:

    Q1. a. Organizational Vision and Mission (5 marks)


    b. Explain the development of the industry (5 marks)
    c. Training and Development practice in the company (5 marks)

    Q2. Use your 2 subjects that you studied in year 3. Describe the practice within the organization
    using the knowledge that you have learnt in that particular subjects
    (20 marks)

    Q3. a. Describe 2 big challenges during your internship (5 marks)


    b. Explain the challenge and how you overcome the challenges. (5 marks)
    c. Explain what have your learnt from the challenges (5 marks)
