Four college students from Infomax College of IT and Management created ADHOC IT
(Information Technology) Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. Our goal is to offer our consumers superior, cutting-
edge items. We provide a variety of goods and services, such as web page design and
development, digital marketing, and software development. Our company has been
acknowledged as a pioneer in the sector and has won various accolades for our products. We can

We as a company have successfully finished several projects for a range of clients, including

person instruction. However, these systems often lack robust analytics capabilities, making it
difficult for educators to track and assess student progress and engagement. In this report, we
propose the development of a learning management analytical app to address this gap and
provide institutions with a powerful tool to improve the quality of their educational offerings.

Our learning management analytical app will have several key strengths:

1. Comprehensive analytics: Our app will provide a range of analytics, including student
performance data, engagement metrics, and course completion rates. This will enable
educators to get a holistic view of student progress and identify areas where they may be
struggling.
2. Customizable dashboards: Educators will be able to create custom dashboards with the
most useful analytics, making it easy to track the most important metrics.
3. Real-time data: Our app will provide real-time data, allowing educators to monitor
student progress and intervene as needed in a timely manner.
4. Mobile compatibility: Our app will be fully compatible with mobile devices, making it
easy for educators to access analytics on the go.
The total cost of developing our learning management analytical app will depend on the specific
features and capabilities we choose to include. However, based on our research and experience,
we estimate that the development process will cost between $50,000 and $75,000. This budget
will cover the costs of design, development, testing, and deployment.

Additionally, we recommend that institutions consider upgrading their IT infrastructure to ensure

Problems
The Professional Institute was founded in 2018 and is registered with the Ministry of Education
of Nepal's Office of the Company Registrar. It is located near Chipledhunga-9, Pokhara. Being
close to the main road, it is conveniently accessible by public transportation or a private
automobile. Along with studying abroad, they also provide tuition classes, bridge courses,
preparation classes, language and computer training, and tuition. For college students, Bachelor
students, Graduate students, and professionals, the institute offer professional training, human
development, and career counselling services. With the help of this software, the professional
Institute, which lacks sufficient comprehensive analytics such as student performance
information, engagement metrics, and course completion rate, will be able to keep track of all of
this. Additionally, they lack real-time data to track kids' development and take prompt action.
Additionally, it will allow for on-the-go analytics access for educators because the software will
be entirely interoperable with mobile devices.

Here is a list of some of the problems that The professional Institute faces such that this
application needed to be built:

1. Lack of organization: -
Many users struggle to keep track of their daily tasks, events, and appointments. This
leads to missed deadlines, missed opportunities, and overall chaos.
2. Difficulty in communication: -
Teams and individuals often have difficulty coordinating and communicating effectively,
leading to misunderstandings and inefficiencies.
3. Inaccessibility of information: -
Important documents and information are often scattered across various platforms and
devices, making it difficult for users to find what they need when they need it.
4. Lack of comprehensive analytics: -
This makes it difficult for users to get a complete understanding of how the app is being
used and what improvements can be made. Without comprehensive analytics, it is
difficult to identify areas where the app may be underperforming or where there is room
for improvement. This can lead to a lack of user engagement and ultimately result in the
app being abandoned.
5. Inability to track specific metrics: -
One problem that may arise when using an application is the inability to track specific
metrics. This can make it difficult for organizations to monitor and assess the
performance of the app, as well as identify areas for improvement.
6. Lack of real-time data: -
This can be particularly problematic in cases where timely information is critical, such as
in the case of emergency response systems, financial markets, and transportation
 networks. Without real-time data, it can be difficult for users to make informed decisions
and respond to changing circumstances in a timely manner.
7. Difficulty in identifying at-risk students: -
One problem that educators may face when using a learning management system (LMS)
is difficulty in identifying at-risk students. At-risk students are those who may be
struggling academically or who are in danger of falling behind their peers. Identifying
these students early on is critical, as it allows educators to provide targeted support and
intervention to help them succeed.
However, many LMSs do not have robust analytics capabilities, making it difficult for
educators to identify at-risk students. Without this information, educators may not realize
that a student is struggling until it is too late, which can lead to poor academic
performance and ultimately, failure.
8. Inefficient use of instructional time: -
This can occur when students spend too much time on unproductive activities within the
learning management system (LMS) or when the LMS itself is not optimized for
effective learning.
9. Limited options for assessment and feedback: -
One problem with many learning management systems is the limited options for
assessment and feedback. This can make it difficult for educators to accurately evaluate
student progress and provide meaningful feedback to help them improve.

teachers and students communicate with one another while carrying out daily chores. It will be
simple for users to arrange their schedules, make to-do lists, and set reminders thanks to the app's
sleek and user-friendly design.

This app would have several advantages. One benefit is that it would provide teachers with a
more complete picture of their students' learning, making it simpler for them to pinpoint areas of
strength and weakness. Teachers would also have more time because they wouldn't have to
manually enter and analyze data. The software can also be used as a communication tool, giving
teachers a quick and simple way to inform parents and other stakeholders of important
information.

The program could track, analyze, and offer individualized learning activities for every student
based on their strengths and areas for development. Artificial intelligence algorithms that assess
student data and recommend suitable resources and learning activities for the student could be
used to achieve this.

Overall, I believe this learning management analytical app would be a valuable tool for teachers
and administrators in improving the learning experience for students. It would allow for more
efficient and effective tracking and analysis of student progress, as well as provide personalized
learning recommendations to help students reach their full potential.

Being in the same group from the first semester made it simple and possible for group members
to communicate, which was crucial. I knew Working in a group fosters the development of
leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a team, after receiving the assignment
module, we created the appropriate message for our team members. Because our team member
was so affable and engaged, we announced to begin as soon as possible. Everyone on my team
starts talking about the assignment questions because the assignment module was engaging.
  
We interacted both in-person in class and online using platforms like Facebook, Microsoft
Teams, etc. After our initial meeting, we had a second one, and I started talking about the panel
that would be involved in creating the analytical learning software. I provided them with names
of people I knew who had a lot of talent and expertise. We also talked further about the
background, issues, and plans for the business as we looked for solid ideas for an application that
would be developed by our company. 

Ankit Acharya is the initiative's overall leader. He divided the work among the four of us
teammates, and we got to work. My task was Qualification, and I made a mistake while
completing it. As a result, I had a proper chat with my team, who provided me with the right
approach to take. My part was thereafter accomplished without difficulty. My first project
involved creating a proposal.  

After a few days of researching the assignment and gathering materials, such as the assignment's
required contents, after that, we had another discussion and decided to divide the task amongst
ourselves. With everyone's approval, this was done. Following that, we began the assignment.
After speaking with the group, I resolved my confusion over the qualification process. I was
creating reports, which is a task that must be completed in every stage of information
technology, so it was difficult and interesting at the same time.
