2. What are the physical benefits of having regular exercise?
Aside from improving our mental health and mood, regular exercise can help with weight loss by increasing the metabolic rate, which can help in burning more calories which will then lead to weight loss. In addition, regular exercise is also good for our muscles and bones because exercise helps release hormones that promote our muscles’ ability to absorb amino acids. This helps them grow and reduces their breakdown. Exercise can also increase energy levels because it boosts the cardiovascular system and improves lung health. Lastly, regular exercise can help with relaxation and sleep quality which helps our body feel more energized during the day.

Both nutrition and exercise are important for optimal health. Our food intake and regular exercise both contribute to our overall health. But if I were to choose, I would say nutrition is more important to my health because, without good nutrition, we will not be able to exercise effectively. To exercise effectively, we need to eat the right foods since this is the source of our body’s energy. Imagine lifting weights without eating foods with proper nutrition.

Resistance training or strength training because it increases muscle strength by making our muscles work against weight or force. It also aids in the maintenance of strength required for daily activities such as walking from building to building, climbing stairs, rising from a chair, or rushing for the bus.
