AGRINOZE Quality Control Plan

Pre-activation test:

 Visual inspection of the entire system, complete piping, valves and filters, Directions
ext.
 Check that all screws are closed.
 Tightened, stable valves and manifolds.
 Check non-return valves – emphasis on the direction of the valves.
 Check filters - in the right direction and fastened.
 Check hydraulic valves in the correct direction, arrows in the direction of flow.
 Check water meter - in the right direction and fastened.
 Check closed flanges and records.
 Check that the pump turns to the right direction.
Operating steps:

1. Priming process: Close Valve 1, fill water with suction pipes, make sure that the
suction foot valve is 75 cm below the water surface and at least 50 cm from the
bottom Performed to extract air from the main pipe, see figure 1-1.

Valve 1

Main Pipe

2. First start-up - one of the small pumps. Close the ball valves before the
filter in the fields, open the flushing valve in fields (needed to be added to
the system by JSM), open one of the service valves in the end of the service
pipe line also the germination valve.

3. Open the main service valve

Operate the small pump, open slowly
and carefully until the service line will be flushed.

4. Service water line - inspection of all ports,

mainly fornursery, filling of containers, etc,
finishing the main line.

5. Open the hydraulic valve Open Field (O.F), close the service valve and flush the O.F.
6. Open the hydraulic valve Orchard (ORC), close the service valve and flush the ORC.
7. making sure all the dirt comes out by opening the end of the pipes.
At the end of each manifold extension, the valves must be opened in each assembly to
flush the pipes to avoid dirt in the Pipes. There are 2 valves - need to open the collector
valves and the stopper in the dispenser. Flushing the open fields - each section will be
flushed by the two large pump. Close all the flushing valves.
8. Open the service valve and the main valve O.F and ORC

O.F. & ORC hydraulic valves

9. Open the main Valve for fully open.

10. Check that the pressure is 4 Bar, close the main valve first and then the main O.F, ORC
and service valves. wait 24 hours and check that the pressure is stable, if there is a leak
need to fix it, check that all the pressure gauges are working in the right direction.

11. Operate first the large pump and move on to the other pumps. Manual switching
between pumps using the button on the main electrical panel.

Switch 1 Section 1 open field

Switch 2 Section 2a orchard

see Figure 11-1.

12. Check the frequency converter in the main (JSM’s) electrical panel don’t exceeds high
pressure more than 4 Bar.
a. Open a large flow to the area, make sure the converter operates the pumps.
Note that the pumps are in a master and slave configuration.
b. Slowly turn off the valve and see that the converter pulls out one pump.
c. Keep closing and see that it reduces the last pump.

13. Open the main valve in the open field section, and in the open field areas.
14. operate the pump reach to 4 bar pressure, operate fertilizer electrical valve, open the
solenoid on the calibration test of each of the Cullum, visual flow meter (see figure 15-
1), section 1 and 2:
a. Cullum 1 it’s acid/micro-elements 20- 10/h,
Cullum 2-4 60 l/h,

Solenoid valves

knob

15. Operate the pump of the fertilizer table manually through the electrical cabinet on the
fertilizer table (see figure 12-1).
16. Operate each fertilization table separately, check the desired flow (each of them has its
own flow). (do not touch the knob on the flow meter !!! see figure 15-1)
17. Move to the second fertilization table, check filters. Each fertilizer table works in front
of a different set of valves in the field. There should be at least 2 to 3 valves open in the
field.

Greenhouses
1. The third table is for the greenhouses with the small container, see figure GH5-1.
2. Test the 2 filter in line, check the counter pressure at least 2.5-3 bar (pressure at the
outlet)
3. Start from the stage where everything is turned off.
2. All pumps should be primed.
3. Command the small pump to fill the small tank.
5. Open the valve in the main line, 2” (see figure GH5-1)
Leave for 24 hours, making sure there are no pressure drops, wash the line as we did
before

Main line section 3

Figure GH5-1

7. Flushing the subline piping of the distribution heads - rinsing the piping and closing,
making sure the dirt coming out.
8. Connect the drip back and rinse it, by opening the cantilevers at the end of the pipes.

Service water
1. the main line will be in a constant pressure of 4 Bar see figure SW1-1.

Main line Service

Figure SW1-1

2. Open the water, and one pump should come into operation
3. Open the valve, rinse the lines, check for likes under pressure, see that water reaches
the fertilizer tanks, germination and fertilizer mixer.

Fertilizer dissolving tank
1. fill a quarter of water, check that the water and fertilizer enter through
the net above the tank figure F1-1, add fertigation according the agronomic instructions.

Net for dry fertilizer

Figure F1-1

2. Start spinning the water, with the pump on the same tank.
After the fertilizer has been dissolved in the tank, the water begins to swirl, spin for
10 minutes with the jets, the jets suck and dissolve the fertilizer (close to the bottom).

3. In terms of activation – use the spring-loaded valve manualy, to operate the mixer the
switch must need to be held! If the pump will runs for half a minute without
water - it will burn!

4. If the temperature drops under 20⁰C -18⁰C , wait and add accordingly fertilizer in the
recommended ratio, mix another 10 minutes after the fertilizer becomes liquid,
transfer the solution through the filter.
