IV. PROCEDURES
(1) Review:
Ask the students to recall the different government programs and initiatives they know that address social
inequalities.
Discuss the importance of recruiting, selecting, and training employees in the government and private
sectors.

(2) Motivation:
Show a video clip of a successful government program that addresses social inequality.
Discuss the impact of the program on the community and the country as a whole.
E. Introduction
(3) Activity:
Divide the class into groups and assign each group a government program to research.

Provide a list of questions to guide their research, such as the program's objectives, target beneficiaries, and
impact.

Each group will present their findings to the class.

Discuss the similarities and differences between the government programs and initiatives presented.
Analyze the effectiveness of each program in addressing social inequalities.

(5) Abstraction:
Discuss the process of recruiting, selecting, and training employees in the government and private sectors.
Explain the importance of having a fair and transparent selection process.

(6) Application:
Give the students a scenario where they are the HR manager of a government agency tasked with recruiting
new employees.
G. Engagement
Ask them to come up with a selection process that is fair and transparent.

(8) Assignment:
Ask the students to research a government program or initiative in another country that addresses social
inequalities.
