    MINUTES OF HRPTA MEETING


    DATE: JUNE 2, 2023

    AGENDA:
    1. Semi-Final Exam
    2. Lacking Grades
    3. Attendance/Absences
    4. School Clearance
    5. Grade Slip for 3rd Grading
    6. GPTA and HRPTA Contributions

    PROCEEDINGS:

    1. Meeting was called to order at 1:00PM by the Classroom PTA President, Roy
    A.Mabalos.

    2. The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer and singing of
    National Anthem all through audio- visual presentation. The statement of
    purpose and welcome remarks was then delivered the Homeroom PTA
    President, Mr.Roy A. Mabalos. The roll call was then made by Mr. Bobby

    Bañado, HRPTA Secretary to check who attended the meeting.

    MEETING PROPER:

    1. The first agenda that was discussed was about the Semi-Final exam that will
    be on June 8-9, 2023. Students are required to submit all the lacking
    documents especially the transferees. Final exam will on June 15-16, 2023.
    2. There were a number of students who have lacking grades from their subjects
    during the 2nd and 3rd grading period. Students should comply as soon as
    possible.
    3. Parents are reminded to monitor their children with regards to their absences.
    4. Student’s Clearance for the school year 2022-2023 was discussed.
    Perfomance tasks, books, and any damages from the school should be
    complied.
    5. Card distribution will be after the final exam and recognition exercises.
    Students should alsobe cleared in all subject areas and obligations.
    6. OPEN FORUM
    7. All in all, the parents pledged to support and cooperate with the school
    authorities in realizing the aforesaid agenda.
