SCOPE OF WORK
I FIRE DETECTION ALARM CONTROL PANEL AND ACCESSORIES
1.Replacement of control panels
2.Conduct troubleshooting and repair of trouble or alarm conditions to restore to normal condition.
3.Visually inspect backup batteries and examine their connections and test them as specified by manufacturer to ensure that it is functioning properly.
4.Trouble shoot Alarm functions of the panel by triggering a detector or manual station in each loop.
5.Ensure that the system is capable of operating under alarm conditions by operating at least one
6.Trouble shoot Alarm sounders and automatic link to remote centers, if any.
7.Trouble shoot all ancillary functions of the control panel, where possible.
8.Trouble shoot all fault indicators and circuits by simulating a fault condition.
9.Visually inspect the control panel for signs of moisture ingress or other deterioration.
10.Check the AC power supply source
SMOKE DETECTORS, ALARM DEVICES, MANUAL RELEASE STATION AND VISUAL INDICATOR
Replacement all defective devices that mentioned to this proposal
Test all detectors for correct operation in accordance to manufacturer’s recommendation.
Verify address of each smoke detector if same in the panel display.
Chekc all smoke detectors to ensure proper operation and to prevent false alarms. All smoke detectors must be cleaned at least once a year.
Test and clean all alarm devices and manual release stations.
Visually inspect whether structural or occupancy changes have affected the requirements for the setting of manual stations, detectors and sounders.
Visually inspect to confirm that all manual stations remain unobstructed and conspicuously located.
Test and clean visual indicators and shall be in normal operation.
All detectors including inside units and common areas shall be covered annually.
SIMULATIONS

A. Check the control panel to ascertain that it shows normal operation.
B. Conduct troubleshooting and repair of trouble or alarm conditions to restore to normal condition.

ADDITIONAL
A. Service provider shall be available 24/7 incase of emergency breakdown
B. A maximum of 12hours response time shall be observed
C.The Contractor shall assume full liability for any damages to any public property or private property,
that is due to the negligence of the Contractor,its Subcontractor,agent,permittees or assigns in the performance of this agreement.
•Corrective maintenance of all FDAS devices to ensure all the system should be operational and healthy
• Checking all the voltage flow of the system and the backup batteries
• Replacement of manaul pull station that defective as mention quantity in this proposal
•trouble shooting,ensure that the mentioned devices,panel should be in normal operation
• Testing and Commissioning
